Brilliant stay, staff were incredible

Our stay was wonderful. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable . The shower was nice. We used the spa, again very nice. Afternoon tea was lovely. Breakfast was superb . Evening meal in Browns was very tasty, but the portions were small. We had a main, which was more like a starter. The desserts were lovely. We felt hungry afterwards, so shared a cheeseboard, which was disappointing . Slithers of cheese, for two it was laughable , for one it would have been disappointing . We had a great stay, but probably wouldn't dine in Browns again for the evening meal, as it wasnt fulfilling

very good standard of accommodation with accessibility for all. cooing well with Covid measures in dining areas. extremely friendly welcoming and attentive staff throughout

Stayed at the Mere many times and appreciate the challenges faced with COVID but to charge £15 to use the gym is just not right and I’d urge the management team to reverse this

We enjoyed our stay but we wouldn’t go back.

Great location. Lovely spot.

Really lovely decorated rooms, high end. Beautiful location. I just wish I’d booked a room with a view of the golf course as my room looked over an internal courtyard. That did however make for a lovely quiet stay with no external noise.

great resort - a little surprised that there was no offering of any kind of food - Best Western did a fine job the following evening at a different hotel even within all of the restrictions.
