Many pools, bars and restaurants. And aquapark if you want more. There was some trend to go where others go and make traffic while other side (these are two hotels connected while ago) was spacious and empty. Book greek tavern and Italian Buffet - totally worth it. My kid also loved waterslides and aerial adventure. Animations only for english guests, rest was bit too quiet to be seen. Food was nice and never caused trouble, too much grill in my opinion, could vary bit more, but was really ok, so i don’t mind. After 10 days i feel like i used it whole, typical one time visit, no reason to come back. But i will come back to kardamena for sure.

Starting this review as it’s my last day here . First of all the grounds are kept very clean and the staff all work so hard and are pleasant . We was brought to our hotel room on a buggy with our cases and had a sea view room which was amazing . Your also given two key room cards and towel cards which you have to give in to obtain pool towels . Hotel room- clean , modern , good facilities such as kettle , cups and mini fridge . Clean bedding , towels changed about 4 times a week and beds were made. Spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and great air con. Pool areas - huge selection lots of sun beds, you do get the usual reservers putting towels on bed , even though hotel stays not to put towels sunbeds people do and not much is done about it. Pool bar is great for drinks, ice cream etc, also around pool areas there is a pizza station , sandwich station and coffee station which we thought was amazing ! Lovely pizza and ice cream selection here so I would recommend going here if you didn’t want to go to the normal buffet. There is a shallow pool, aswell as deeper pool with a bit more entertainment. Food- a bit hit and miss , at first we did not know where to go on first night, we had to ask someone and was directed upstairs to the Laurel buffet, they do have a kids section with the usual pasta , chicken etc which is ok, in the main buffet part they have a few theme each night, Greek, Mediterranean this was ok but not a huge choice and was a little repetitive . Deserts was quite pleasant. We then decided to book the Italian restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed which I would recommend and a lovely selection. There isn’t a massive lot of things to do around the hotel but I would recommend the kardamena town which is 10/15 mins walk away from hotel which has lovely little shops to buy souvenirs etc. Also the amphitheatre puts on some amazing shows for kids and older adults with the singing performing etc. we did also venture down to the beach which was lovely a bit cold but great to cool you down after the 40degree heat here currently. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families .

I had a massage with panos, it was such a surreal experience. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend to many people.

I really enjoyed my full body massage & facial from Savina. She put me completely at ease and I left really relaxed, and at ease. The complementary use of the spa pool & hot tub was also very nice

Before going, both me and my boyfriend were slightly apprehensive due to recent negative reviews, however the week ( 15th June - 22nd June) we spent at the hotel was lovely. Where bar queueing issues were mentioned we didn't experience this, the worst queues being about 5 minutes long and you could often go into the inside part of the bar to get drinks where the queue was often shorter. The bar stuff were lovely and welcoming, my boyfriend even making friends with one of them over the holiday. There was not too much rubbish about and we never had an issue getting a deck chair or sunbed around the infinity pool, which we spent most of our time at when choosing a pool. The room was clean and when we had a maintenance issue with the door they came quickly to fix it and sorted it efficiently. The entertainment team were lovely and welcoming and put on some great shows especially the icons show, however i would recommend they sign post more clearly that there is more entertainment or adults in the lobby bar as quite often the ampitheatre was kid orientated and would finish rather early so before discovering the lobby bar entertainment on the fourth day we were often at a loss of what to do. The drinks were enjoyable but I would also say update the menus as there were some drinks that were All inclusive that was not stated on the menu. Food was as you would expect in an all inclusive but we had no issues with raw or undercooked meat. Overall the main issue we had in the week was the bug bites and sunburn which were both mainly our fault as I was trying to catch a tan. I would recommend bringing some bug spray and if you do still end up bitten the shop in the hotel, which proved to be a saviour for us, has afterbug rollers to help soothe. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and i would hope this puts some people at ease who had the same worries :)

Nefeli was amazing, I had the full body massage and facial, she made me very relaxed and she was very friendly, the best massage I have had yet!

Have just returned from a week here and to say we were disappointed was an understatement We have previously visited the HV Rhodes and this holiday village in kos is definitely very below the standard of Rhodes Food here is not great very repetitive and only one alacarte booking allowed Very very short staffed sometimes only one person at bar and long waits for drinks up to 30 minutes Room not cleaned daily and when cleaned not to a high standard (had to ask rep to request room be cleaned ) Very good location close to beach and town Water park - the height restrictions have been changed meaning 4 children in our party could not use Entertainment in evening poor (apart from local act ) amphitheatre uncomfortable and bordering on dangerous Really disappointing and would not return This was not a cheap holiday and I would say this is definitely no way a 5 star If your considering booking book somewhere else instead

Great all round! Food - the main restaurant can be very busy & warm, we preferred to eat in the Italian both at dinner & breakfast. Zografina in the Italian was just fantastic! Entertainment - couldn’t ask for any better!! Such great energy & suited to all ages. Pools - plenty of choice. We preferred the quieter pool with no entertainment Loungers were almost all reserved by 9am despite the signs saying not to. The infinity pool was very lively as an alternative. Pools are cold however it was so warm, this was a nice contrast. Location - perfect, metres from the beach (very rocky) & 0.75 mile from the nearest town which was gorgeous. Great all rounder & would highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful they were always there to help The two girls behind the bar Leeandra and a younger girl were very friendly professional and always so happy made us feel at home The rooms were awful only 1bottle of water on arrival that's it for a week long stay for a five star hotel this is unacceptable you then have to buy water do not come to this hotel if you are expecting mini bar to contain drinks of any kind we had to ask for our room to be deep cleaned this hotel is not conducive for this with poor mobility elderly people as the rooms are situated high up steep hills .However there are buggies who will collect and bring you home but stop at certain times .We spoke with the tui rep who was extremely defensive of the hotel they stated it was 5 star due to having numerous pools and a spa also the size of the rooms. Numerous complaints were put in due to the rooms being advertised as family superior rooms, this consisted of one double bed and two sofa beds which do not pull out. I would rate this as a 3star. The food is very nice for adults however for children only fish fingers and chips were on the menu daily.kos is a beautiful place. Tui please stop advertising this hotel as a 5 star.Far too costly for what you get. basic.

We came as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, 11,8 and 5. After reading reviews on here and fb pages I was slightly concerned but thankfully there was no need. From the moment we arrived at midnight we were welcomed. They had water and sandwiches in reception at arrival, we got a buggy to take us to our room. There are plenty of pools to choose from and never problems with getting a sunbed. Everywhere was always clean, staff great. Food was plentiful and loads of choice. The 3 little snack bars where fab during the day, the kids used to love going to help themselves in there, there was even sorbet at the ice cream place for my dairy free son which was fab. As with any inclusive it can get repetitive and it’s nice to be waited on so we walked into kardamena a couple of times which is beautiful (10 minute walk) to eat, we ate at portoeye there which was lush. Whilst there we kept wondering how people could find fault with the hotel but some people just like to find fault with anything Fab place, loved it and will definitely return ☀️ 🇬🇷
