Atlantica Mikri Poli Kos

We got married at Atlantica Mikri Poli Hotel in Kos on June 23rd. Our wedding guests and ourselves made our party of 41 people in total. It was easy to find a sun lounger throughout our 2 week stay. The staff were very helpful even taking care of my mums mobile phone they found until we retraced her steps to find it. Towels and rooms cleaned everyday (could do with washing the floor though). Massive thank you to Anthoula and Georgia for organising our wedding day, we wouldn’t change a thing. Brides always told me about something they didn’t like or would do differently about their weddings but I honestly enjoyed everything about it. Greek dancers, fire works the BBQ Buffet, the DJ and the photographers and videographers. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Kardemena where the best strawberry daiquiris I found were at the stone roses bar 🤩. Thank you again to the hotel and wedding coordinators

Had a great 10nyt stay att his hotel. The hotel is huuge. You rarely see the same faces twice. The hotel staff are literally angels and cannot do enough for you and are all so friendly and they work so hard. We arrived and our room hadnt been cleaned but staff were super apologetic and it was ready for us within the hour. Rooms are modern and spacious escpecially the bathroom. Beds are super comfy. The food is amazing. Loads of choice daytime and evening and there really is Something for everyone and its themed nightly Defo try the asian a la carte the beef was to die for. There was always something going on entertainment wise during the day. I would say though more activities are needed for adults who dont wanna be over run with kids. I really enjoyed Chesters aqua fit - big shout out to chester. His enthusiasm and energy is contagious. Evening wise the cast are amazing the shows are tight and polished and are of a high standard. If you dont wanna sit for a production show theres always something going on in the other bars. Apart from Chester and Val l, who are assets to the resort, I feel the ents/activites team need to be more engaging with guests as they would walk right past you without a hello unless you were taking part in an activity. Thanks for taking a little bit of time to get to know us outside of acitivities Chester and Val. There is literally no need to leave this hotel which is a blessing and a curse. I didnt want to leave.

We had a lovely holiday at this family friendly resort. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Zografina in the Italian restaurant was very welcoming and made sure guests were seated comfortably and looked after. I also have to mention the wonderful lady who looked after us in our room Susannah. She honestly was a joy. Kept our room clean and fresh. She worked so hard. Thank you Susannah ! We were upgraded from a double side sea view room to a shared pool suite. It was very relaxing and lovely to just be able to walk out the room and straight into the pool as it was at least 35 degrees while we were there. Food was fine. We had breakfast in the Italian restaurant as we found it a little bit quieter. We also used the Greek a la carte and the Italian a la carte which was actually a buffet. We went into Kardamena a couple of times to eat but you would not need to do this as the all inclusive offering at the hotel is perfectly ok for your stay. Our little granddaughter was there with her parents and they also enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the hard working staff. We would definitely return to this hotel and found Kardamena to be a beautiful little town with lots of good restaurants and bars. Great little shops for gift shopping. It is about a 20 mins walk to Kardamena from the hotel. Couple of points to note. The resort is hilly but there are buggies available to take you to and from your room. Also if you do encounter any issues then reception team are very helpful and will try their best to accommodate any requests. Thank you again Atlantica Mikri Poli.

Fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. Food fabulous, great variety from buffet to speciality restaurants which all offer dining inside or outside. Fantastic all day snacks and ice creams. Beautiful pools with spectacular sea views, comfy and plenty of sun beds and lovely relaxing areas throughout hotel. Lively hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious modern rooms with comfy beds. Wine glasses instead of tumblers would be a better touch in the restaurants and bigger changing facilities once checked out would be good, far too many people leaving on same day looking for showers and only 2 available. This really is a beautiful, modern, clean, spacious hotel just a 10 minute stroll into beautiful Kardamena. We would love to return

Zografina was a Assest to this place ! She made it worth while !! Friendly smiling so lovely ! Always said we had nice aftershave/perfume .. she made our stay worth while which made the issues seem like nothing ! Well done zografina ❤️

We stayed here as an adult couple for one week and had a really lovely holiday. The accommodation was good, very clean, and our room was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. When it came to food, we always found something we liked every evening — there’s lots of variety. The Italian restaurant, which you can visit twice a week, was much quieter and a nice change of pace, especially at breakfast. We also tried the Greek restaurant one evening, which was very good — maybe even too much food! There are plenty of swimming pools to choose from, ranging from busy with entertainment to quieter spots if you just want to relax. The bars had a good choice of drinks in the all-inclusive package, which we appreciated. You can pay extra for premium beers and premium cocktails. We never felt the need to pay extra local beer, wine and included cocktails were all good. The only downside was that it could do with a few more bar staff in the evenings as there were sometimes queues during busy times. The snack bars were great too — good variety and we can definitely recommend the gyros! We found all staff to be friendly. We always spoke to all the staff and gave them the time of day. We also visited the spa and had a couples massage which was really good. Spa services are payable separately a little bartering helps as there are discounts to be had. We were a little worried before we came after reading some reviews, but there was no need — we had a lovely time and would happily return.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025 and we cannot fault it at all. This is the 3rd Atlantica hotel we have stayed in, and we believe it is the best we’ve stayed in so far. Our daughter has very severe life threatening allergies to milk and severe allergies to egg and peanut (we checked the hotel was suitable prior to booking), and all we can say to the hotel is thank you! They went above and beyond to ensure her safety and with this hotel you can’t go wrong if you have children with allergies. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Irene from guest relations is by far the best we have ever encountered from a hotel and she goes above and beyond to ensure things are done correctly, this woman honestly made the holiday for us! We just wanted to also make a special mention to the restaurant staff, chefs Vasilis, Spiro and Ahmed, every day they ensured she had food cooked from scratch due to risks of cross contamination on the buffet and although she was a fussy eater and so had the same most nights, we knew it was safe. These guys deserve so much credit. The managers of the restaurants we used, Vaso and Vasilis also ensured we had what we needed and they were fantastic. This hotel will not disappoint, obviously with the severity of our daughter’s allergies, the food is most important to us, but this hotel not only served us well with food but the children’s entertainment was fantastic. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club and the Swim Academy, Chester and Amelia were great with her. The pools were clean and getting a sunbed was not an issue. Our room was spacious and clean and if we required housekeeping, reception sent them with no problems. We will be returning to this hotel and can’t wait, we would highly highly recommend staying here.

I have to say before going we were super worried about our stay as the reviews were really bad. However we were more than pleasantly surprised. We had a fab time as a group of 7 ranging from 3 to 63! It is very family focused and has that loud holiday village vibe - if you don’t want that, don’t go. The rooms were spacious and very clean, air con was great and no issues to report, we had a room right next to the pool so didn’t have to traipse up the hill which was a bonus - but we read the warnings and knew about the terrain so were prepared. The water park is good (not amazing but still good for kids, enough for a morning or afternoon) the drinks machine failed afew times on our stay which isn’t ideal given where it’s located. We never had to fight for sunbeds which is a huge bonus. It would be good to have been given more info on arrival, it felt abit rushed as it was a busy check in and usual guests were all trying to speak with reception staff, it would make sense to do check in in the sports bar on the left on arrival so as to separate this from usual guests queueing. The bookable restaurants were good, the Greek was amazing Infact and the Italian was ok but we were expecting table service. The main AI restaurant is noisy and the food is repetitive but it was ok and very much like usual Greek AI hotels, if you want fine dining then avoid. But we all found things to eat and fresh salads etc every day. The gyros bar and pizza bars make a nice change too. It would be good if some of the tourist tax could be used to improve the footpath to Kardamena. It felt quite unsafe on the parts without a pavement with a pushchair. The beach in front of the hotel was nice, we always got a lounger but a little bar down there would be beneficial. The water-sports on the beach was good value too! We wouldn’t return as we like to try other hotels and resorts and this doesn’t stand out - but it’s not horrendous if you can get a good deal

We have just returned from the mikri poli it is definitely not a 5 star, There good points but alot if bad I'll start with the good reception staff and guest relations Irene and Paula are lovely Rooms We stayed in a partial sea view room it was very big and lovely, air con wasn't brilliant. Food Main restaurant was terrible like a cattle market, stifuling hot no air con, no table service not even for drinks, not big enough for the amount of people queueing up the stairs. We went to the Italian restaurant for breakfast because it was quieter but still no drinks brought to you All the a la carte restaurants we tried were lovely with table service Asian American Italian and Greek all lovely food. The lunch time snacks were good pizza bar, sandwich bar and cake coffee and ice cream and gyros over the other side of the hotel at the children's pool. Drinks were aweful beer was just drinkable and the vodka gin and wine was aweful too, must water it down as didn't even get tipsy once. The main bar in the evening stank of sewage and got bit several times by mosquitos. We booked this hotel over a year ago, we didn't realise then it was going to be a holiday village we went as 2 couples and there was kids everywhere, we tried to change the hotel before we left England, as we'd read some of the bad reviews I can honestly say we agree with all the bad things that have been said. Tui in resort team reps weren't interested when we complained. You get 1 bottle of water all holiday which you have to refill yourself, no drinks in your fridge, There are paper straws but not available at all bars, they have pasta tubes that are aweful. No staff in our first week as they hadn't sorted paperwork out for them. How can they score 5☆ when you're not getting the service, premium drinks i have been to better 4 stars than this.

Spent a week here from the 17th of June, can’t recommend this place enough. Great service, ideal location. The hotel was beautiful, so many swimming pools, the food was beautiful (specially the Italian and Asian). And I would like to give a special mention to the Guest Services Manager, wat an amazing, helpful woman. I’m sure her name was Irene but excuse me if I’m wrong, she was Australian and couldn’t do enough for us, she went above and beyond. Would love to go back at some point
