The hotel is absolutely stunning with lots going on for all the family, many pools, a fantastic water park, great food and drink, a beautiful beach, short stroll from Kardamena town which is beautiful, full of shops restaurants bars a lovely port plenty of atmosphere there if want it. The Holiday village staff work so hard, my three kids aged 7,10,12 loved all the daytime activities, around the infinity pool, and my husband joined in daily with water polo. Chester the swim academy coach was so funny his commentary had the whole pool having fun. I looked forward to watching every day. Plenty to do if you wanted to but no pressure or hassle if didn’t. Rooms were cleaned daily. Spotlessly. Cleaners were all so polite. Room was infinity pool side. Great location and easy to dip and out of all the action from there. Restaurant staff all worked so hard and we’re always so accommodating. we had the best week, hotel was beautiful and very well up kept, short transfer from airport about 10-15 minutes. The whole holdiay was just perfect. We would definitely return. Don’t take any notice of the negative reviews. Wish I was still there now ☀️

Amazing hotel and holiday. Hotel is stunning lots of pools and places to eat in the daytime. We thought the buffet was really nice and loads to choose from the nights we ate there. We loved the Italian for breakfast the staff Zografina and vasilis really know there job and couldn’t do enough for you, We had karaoke one night he was amazing I think they should get him there more often the whole family loved it. No towel wars in the morning the staff go around collecting towels if left before 10. Room cleaned everyday and was spotless. We stayed in room 1400 not a great view but perfect location.We had massages in the hotel and they were lovely so relaxed after. We did water sports on in front of the hotel it’s expensive but worth it. Big shout out to Irene in reception it was my 40th birthday when I was there and she made it extra special she is amazing at her job and loved watching her in a morning collecting the towels 😂 we will definitely return think we will find it hard finding somewhere as perfect.

Great place for all ages, perfect family retreat. Good choice of food and drinks to satisfy anyone, plenty of pools to enjoy without feeling crammed. Activities for all and lovely spa for adults. Close to local village that can be reached on foot with local shops restaurants and bars

Me and the Mrs enjoyed a very relaxing massage and facial provided by Dennis for me and Joanna for the wife. Overall a great experience myself for the very first time. Always wanted a massage when on holiday to add to the experience but never had the bottle before. Will definitely be having another next holiday if anything like this one.

We have just returned from an amazing 11 night stay here! We were nervous after reading the negative reviews but when we got there that all went away. Yes sometimes the food is luke warm and quite same some days but it is a buffet! Most all inclusive within this price range are the same! The football academy was brilliant, Chlo and Ryan are so good with the kids!! Shout out to Amelia and Chester too! Brilliant team. We were a party of 8 and never struggled with seating at the restaurants. Rooms were just what is needed, we dont spend much time in them so we arnt fussed about small details. Day time food was brilliant, the pools and seating area ticked every box. We would 100% return! Thanks for a holiday to remember HV team!!!

June 2025: Nice hotel, plenty to offer... Having booked via Expedia I feel we definitely got a good price.

Great location and facility, lovely helpful staff, just not enough of them. The A La Carte restaurants were always half empty but you couldn’t book into them as they were “Full” once again due to shortage of staff. We were there for a wedding and there should have been a BBQ but the majority of the food was the same as the buffet food offered in the main restaurants. Everything was cleared away without any consultation, to the extent the Bride & Groom didn’t get any of their wedding cake. As the resort got busier there were long queues to get into the restaurants, as tables weren’t cleared and reset quickly enough. The food was barely warm and quite repetitive, we left site for meals on our last two nights. Found an amazing restaurant which served delicious hot food and VERY reasonable. “Ta Adelfia” in Kardamaina, 10 minute walk. This place could be amazing, but it needs a lot more staff to run smoothly. Disappointed.

Not a good hotel unfortunately. There are many areas which need drastically improving which include: Food - repetitive, cold and generally cheap rubbish with the exception of the freshly made pizzas. No local cuisine just fatty cuts of meat in sweet sauces we ended up eating out 4 nights out of the 7 we stayed as it was such poor quality. Drink- again cheap local plonk did wonder if any of the drinks contained any alcohol, basically imagine the cheapest spirits at a home bargains and this is what you get. Wine so acidic and harsh it’s undrinkable and the local beer is worse than fosters. Water is also undrinkable and tastes stagnant. Iced coffees are ok. Al a carte restaurants - we couldn’t book into any until the last day as they were all showing full on the booking app. Asked the reception staff for help who told me no and it was tough luck. Eventually after logging on every day we eventually found a free table. This was very disappointing and you feel like you have to beg to get what you’ve paid for. Staff - generally not good reception staff are horrendously rude and uninterested, bar staff are also hit and miss. The cleaners came off aggressive just an unpleasant place to stay. Rooms - ok but not clean enough we stayed in a family room the bed for my son was not adequate. The look on the door was broken and the safe did not work for the first few days so had to carry our passports and cash everywhere we went. Aerial adventure - closed limited things for children to do dispute paying for a holiday village which is supposed to be geared up for kids. Maybe we were unlucky when we stayed here but doubt it as lot of guests were complaining when we were here and their answer was they were understaffed. I complained to Tui on our return and the Tui rep when we were there and was promised a £100 voucher but this was denied when we got back. I’ve never complained before about a holiday but genuinely feel like we were due compensation as it was such a rubbish holiday. I will never book with Tui again nor go to a holiday village resort.

We didn’t initially boon this hotel but were moved last minute after the hotel we booked closed. Having read some of the reviews beforehand I was a little nervous. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, no complaints at all. Lot of comments about the hills, we got lucky and were right next to the facilities but I could see if you were at the top of the hill it could be an issue. Staff very friendly all around. We didn’t see much of the entertainment but seemed like the usual kind of thing you’d expect. Poolside entertainment was great for kids. Food was a little repetitive and a bit cold for my liking, but if you choose well some tasty dishes can be found. The pizza for example is fantastic. It’s a shame there is no way to book more than one of the speciality restaurants (we were happy to pay) these were largely very empty so not really sure why they aren’t making more of them, would eliminate the issue of food being repetitive! Pools are fantastic and never an issue finding sun loungers, great being able to see out to sea from poolside. Location wise, easy walk into town. Beach is literally on the doorstep. Some great water sports available if that’s your thing. Overall, yes some things could be better, but we had a great week and ultimately that’s what matters.
