"Vitalclass 😍❤️"

10.0

4th time's a charm. My 4th time staying at Vitalclass in under 4 years. I love this place. The rooms are perfect. Very special and clean. I've arrived today and as always welcomed with a warm greeting. The food is still superb. Plenty choices, from cheeses, to different meats and plenty options for something sweet afterwards. Nice walk from the hotel to costa teguise or you can get a taxi. Plenty choices. Staff have all be very friendly

"Perfect sunny holiday"

10.0

We have just returned for vitalclass lanzarote. We really enjoyed our holiday here as a family, with 5 adults and 2 children. Hotel is absolutely spotless, rooms are massive and were cleaned daily and replenished with fresh towels. The hotel give you pool towels at the start of your stay and if you want to change them its 1euro per towel. Food - good selection. Something for everyone. Always warm and tasty. Pools - middle pool is heated and this is where the pool party on a Sunday takes place, other pools are cold but fine once you are in. Pools could be doing with a bit of a refurbishment as there was a few tiles missing. There was always plenty of sunbeds throughout the day, so no early rush in the morning. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Entertainment team seemed to have more interaction with the French guest. Pool bar staff are excellent, always chatting away. The hotel does have a self service laundry facility that you can use when needed. 4euros for the washing machine and 3euros for the dryer. Made my holiday so much easier. Free taxi to the shopping/beach area is a great bonus. We didn't use the spa or indoor pool, but if you choose to use the indoor pool you need to buy a swimming cap which cost 3.50euros each. I would definitely return to this hotel as we had a brilliant time.

"Poor stay overall"

4.0

Stayed here with my partner & son (age 7) along with some other friends, overall our experience wasn’t the best in regards to this hotel whilst I couldn’t fault any of the staff members they was all welcoming & friendly there was issue with the room, the lack of a working air-con made sleeping awful whilst there was a ceiling fan this also didn’t work as intended and constantly made a loud noice to the point we thought it was going to fall off. Clenleness of the hotel was a bit hit and miss the day we checked in there was 0 towels and we had to ask the receptions desk for towel, also had a few cockroach’s in our room at times which didn’t give off the best of impressions. If you are luckily enough to have a room with a hot tub then these also needed a clean & for €35 a day it isn’t too bad however when asked they said we had to have it for a minimum of 3 days which was never stated anywhere in the hotel The food choices weren’t the best either breakfast was fantastic nothing wrong there, however lunch & dinner selection was just a let down it either didn’t taste good or just a lack of options especially if you have young kids, also a lot of the food wasn’t labeled so no idea what it was. The location of the hotel is wonderful close to beaches, shops however if you wanted to go anywhere that was a bit further out or to explore the island then it requires driving or getting a taxi and whilst cheap they seemed really unreliable which was a bit disappointing and this meant that majority of the time it was spent walking, which isn’t ideal when your partner is suffering with slipped disc for many years Overall quite disappointed with the hotel I would definitely visit Lanzarote again however I wouldn’t stay at the vitalclass hotel

"Great family holiday"

10.0

Family with 2 daughters aged 7 and 2. I was dubious before travelling here for half term week as I had read some negative reviews, but please ignore them. For the price we paid for May half term, this was a great holiday. It’s a short transfer from the airport and staff are fantastic and really helpful. The rooms are huge, really spacious for an all inclusive hotel. They even have an entire fully equipped kitchen, so you could easily buy and prepare food if you wanted to. The play park and splash pool was brilliant for my youngest and my 7 year old also really enjoyed the slides. There are 3 big pools, one of which is heated, which is essential for when it’s cloudy in the morning. We didn’t use the spa, but children can go in the indoor pool until 1pm too. The foam party was fab, and there’s always something going on from aqua aerobics, yoga to darts and archery etc. The kids club is for over 4 year olds, but you can attend with your younger ones and let them have a play in the small soft play. The food was lovely, a smaller amount of choice than other places I’ve stayed, but this is because it’s a smaller hotel. Plenty of choice though and always stuff for kids. The snacks in the afternoon were great too, pizza, hot dogs, burgers and toasties, as well as ice creams, cakes and pastries. Yes the hotel is a bit far out, but it’s only a 10 min walk to the supermarket, or you can use the mini market in the hotel opposite. They also put free taxi’s on at 10:45 and 12:45 to the main beach, we ended up going into the town 3 times for the morning and lunch as Costa Teguise is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. There is a mini disco and entertainment every evening in the main bar. Overall the hotel has a really relaxed vibe. You can get sunbeds at any time of the day and you can always get a table in the restaurant and bar. You won’t have to rush here, it’s very laid back. Yes, it’s a little run down in areas, but nothing that should effect your holiday in the slightest. If you want a central location, you’ll need to pay a lot more. For the price. I think this place is great.

"Luxury relaxation - a delight!"

10.0

I start this review in stating that I only review positive experiences. There is enough negative people in this world… With that in mind…. This hotel is an absolute delight to stay in. The staff are friendly, the food plentiful and delicious and the environment all round luxurious relaxation. The rooms are spacious making it a huge plus for families and the entertainment is varied enough that all ages can enjoy together. It made a lot of memories for me and my family. Would come back and thoroughly recommend. A must stay for relaxation in Lanzarote!!
