Very welcoming and great overall experience. When faced with a slight hiccup, Bob took charge and wet well above and beyond to help us and ensure we had a very comfortable stay, addressing and fixing the issue with the utmost respect to the us as customers

We liked the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, noise level, service, and amenities. I highly recommend this place for families.

We stay at the Cape Rey every Christmas to visit family in the area. They have a great location on the beach and great amenities as well as nice rooms to choose from in case you want to entertain. Chandlers and the small food shop on the first floor supply any food and drinks you need.

The location was amazing, the staff were all friendly and festive as the holidays were near and having a heated pool and hot tub were amazing for a December vacation. We loved the robot that brings snacks to the room (a highlight for the kids) and the cleaning services went above setting out our kids stuffies to make cute bed and room ornaments when we'd return for the day. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and having credits at the mini-mart were convenient Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful lobby and fantastic bar to watch the game. We loved soaking in the jacuzzi. The coffee service in the morning is fantastic and so are the free bikes to ride by the beach.

The Manager Bob was sooooo !!! Patient and understanding also The Staff, and The Whole Facility was very Clean and Respectful. Thumbs Up !!!

Staff was very good. Parking and Valet is way overpriced as is most everything in the hotel is expensive but the restaurant is well worth the expense. The review insists I use 100 characters so I included the overpriced theme.

Did a short staycation with the family and enjoyed the experience for the most part. The food from the on-site restaurant was tasty. We did dinner there the first night, take-away the next evening, and breakfast the morning of our departure. The food and service quality was high and consistent. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. I enjoyed the well appointed and clean fitness center. There were some negatives. The resort fee was high for what it includes. It would be nice if some of it was returned as a dining credit at the on-site restaurant. The parking charges are not appreciated especially due to the somewhat remote location of the resort. One recommendation would be to waive parking charges for locals looking to have a staycation like we were doing. Lastly, the room toilet failed during the first night of our stay and was continuously running. Resort maintenance took care of the issue within an hour of being notified, so hats off for the fast repair!

Had a relaxing experience here at the end of a road trip. Quiet A/C and a well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant and bar are a huge plus. Excellent drinks and a delicious Basque cheesecake as one of several dessert options. The location is great too: away from (most of the noise of) the I-5 yet with easy access to the main roads in the area.

The hotel itself is positively lovely, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and immaculate. Our only complaint is the outrageous charge to park your car there! We on the East coast are used to having free parking at all our hotels, so this was an unpleasant surprise. Why not just bump up the cost of the room by say, $20 a night, and include 'free self-parking'? The $40 a night charge to park your own car, or even the $45 a night valet charge is unacceptable.
