The staff at the hotel were very caring and helpful. It was par excellence. Very much people centered.

It was a very convenient location for Georgetown walking town. Staff was friendly, and after walking around town, I was thankful for the high tea of the service when I returned to the inn, I was grateful to the delicious and tired body.

Staying in a heritage hotel with old-world charm was a novel experience. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and made special efforts to make one feel welcome and comfortable. The street which is more than 200 years old on which this heritage property is located can be off-putting to some, but is more than compesated by the throwback charm to older times.

Building is a little "tired". Breakfast was less than satisfactory, little food for anyone.

Overall the hotel room itself was great: spacious, roomy, and a very responsive air-conditioning unit once you understood how it works. The breakfast was tasty, but I do wish they kept a better lid on the mosquito situation as I kept getting bitten in the dining and reception area. Interior decor was classy and tasteful, location was great, just off Lebuh Chulia and within easy walking distance of multiple local attractions.

Lovely. Like a Humphrey Bogart movie. And tea time snacks are fantastic. Breakfast and coffee spot on too.

From the moment we arrived, hot and tired, and the hotel staff greeted us with a ginger smoothie, the kindness and professionalism at 23 Love Lane exceeded our expectations! Mixing the best of intimate, classic Georgetown lodgings with modern amenities, this hotel is a treat. Excellent afternoon tea, breakfast and staff recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Plus, when I left my glasses there, they were kind enough to send them to me! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

This is the best hotel I stayed in. There are no endless hallways with anonymous room numbers or elevator serviced, cloned floors. Your stay here becomes part of the Georgetown experience, not just your daily starting point to it.
