This hotel offered us a bigger nice room. The environment is authentic style of Penang. The location of the hotel is quite close the downtown.

23 Love Lane Hotel is a cozy and quiet boutique hotel in Georgetown. The staffs are extremely accommodating with our requests. Delicious afternoon tea and breakfast are also offered for the guests! The common area is very spacious, allowing visitors to make new friends or just to do some reading alone. Our room is clean and spacious as well!

"Falling in love at 23 Love lane"

It was a wonderful experience. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Love the library (provided with coffee machine, a choice of tea leaves, fresh milk and even coke in the fridge!) and garden. Feels like staying at home. There's even tea break with lovely food to eat! The staff even allowed us to check out at 2 p.m. Well maintained old building. Kudos to the staff and owners!

We absolutely loved 23 love lane. The beautiful and sensitive renovation, the lovely, tranquil gardens, our super comfy room and gorgeous bathroom and the amazingly friendly and help staff. We felt like we were coming back home every night even though we were there for such a short time. We will definitely be back!

"Great location and superb service "

Booked a room for 2 persons and requested for an extra bed to be arranged, staffs were very responsive to calls and requests. Upon arrival, check in too a tad longer than what I would expect but then found out they didnt charge us for extra bed and gave us a free upgrade to a duplex room with a king size bed, two single beds that comes with 2 huge bathrooms!
