Sudamala Resort, Sanur, Bali

Absolutely stunning hotel, tranquil and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on the front terrace was delicious accompanied by gamelan players. Cocktails in the evening recommended! Surrounded by art at every corner, modern and traditional. A short walk to the beach and loungers just for hotel guests.

This is one of my favourite places to stay anywhere. It is an oasis of peace in a heaving corner of sanur close to all amenities and the sea. The property offers comfortable accommodation and the staff try their utmost and are warm and friendly as the Balinese tend to be. What makes it special is the architecture and design of the place. It evokes in me the esssence of tropical living, green and lush with clever use of light and space along with beautiful Balinese traditional art and crafts everywhere. Simplicity is the theme while affording very comfortable surroundings. Lots of quiet nooks. Highly recommended

Beautiful gardens and pool area

Great location in the lively area with restaurants and shops, but just 10 min by walk to the beach. Very friendly atmosphere, everybody met us with a smile. Big rooms well equipped with all amenities. The rooms as well as the whole hotel area are very clean and well maintained. Due to the location and the architecture of the hotel buildings there are many quiet places. Service: Room service very good and always on time. The restaurant offers a wide choice of local and international food for breakfast as well as for diner. Everything very tasty. Sa treatments are amazing. The front desk team is always available and fulfilled all our wishes. Remark: The beach is 10 min away and close to some bars. restaurants etc. However, the number of sunbeds and umbrellas is very limited and the area of the hotel beach should be cleaned regularly. The neighborhood looks much better.

Lovely village feel location in handy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. This is the second time staying at the Sudamala resort, we love the small intimate size, the style and the beautiful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Sudamala Resort Sanur. The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the excellent bed and mattress, which provided outstanding comfort and ensured a high-quality night’s sleep every night. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also joined the Full Moon Meditation session, which was a unique and memorable experience that added something special to our stay. We highly recommend Sudamala Resort Sanur to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Bali.

Traditional touches with modern facilities. Great staff as always. Wida runs the show very well.

Rooms and taps are getting dated and don’t work as well as they should. Beds dip in the middle.
