Smartflats - Central Antwerp

The rooms were large and spacious, beds comfortable. Location was ideal in the town cemter. Even had a washing machine and dryer.

There was no hot water for the duration of our stay. The floorboards in the kitchen had buckeld quite severely and caused a 10cm trip hazard in the kitchen. The wifi was spotty at best, not worth using. The entrance was difficult to find and when we did find it, we're greeted with dirty laundry piled to the ceiling. Not a good look. There was no lighting in the hallway past the ground floor so had to make our way to the second floor apartment in the dark (near total blackness). The checkin instructions talk about a wall mounted key box. Only after calling the service desk did they suggest entering the pin in the door handle, something we'd missed because of the aforementioned darkness. Listing mentioned a TV, but only a bracket was on the wall where the TV would have been.

Det fanns mycket att tillägga vad gäller underhåll. I princip allt var trasigt och det verkar som om det varit så länge och att ingen bryr sig. Men vi njöt av storleken och utsikten samt det perfekta läget.

Location is directly in the center. Gorgeous view to the city. Comfortable rooms.

Till the last minute the owner did not give us the instruction how to enter the building so we had to stay under rain. Then, when we were with 2 small children near the door, the host said that the booking was not accepted and there is no reservation, although the payment was charged successfully a month before, and finally we complained to Booking.com so they gave us the apartment. We had a huge stress before settle in the apartment.

Good locations and very spacious rooms with large balcony

Extremely dirty premises, staircase smelling of piss and god knows what Lift not working and had to climb 6 flights of stairs in the filth. The door of property was not locked so anyone could get in and had squatters at night in the staircase and fely very unsafe. Had no running water

Half the doors didn't even work. Blood stains in the bathroom. Limited towels. Floors boards misshapen. Entrance to the building smells all the time especially the elevator. Share the lobby with the five guys so can use the elevator half the time during the day.

We liked the location the apartment was very cool room size was great beds were comfortable.

The smell in the entry door, elevator and lobby to the door was unacceptable for an apartment. The smell could be smelt in the apartment at times. It was a sewerage, garbage smell. The floors were dirty. There bins blocking the elevator entrance other guests were covering the noses going in and out of the building. Kitchen oven didn’t work, lights missing or not working bathroom sink was blocking up with water toilet seat was broken. Toilet flush missing a cover. Washing machine cover falling off.
