Great service, really quite place and beautiful

The location is great; however, it’s a very old hotel with awful maintenance. Having an old building doesn’t mean you don’t care about the condition. We got a room at the entrance, by the street.. we asked to move and that was great because the young lady was very helpful and moved us to a different room. The next day it took 20 minutes to get hot water, the condition of the bathroom awful, everything was not very clean. Anyway I don’t recommend this hotel. To the owner: the only good thing is your personnel

Decorations

Overall very happy with our stay. Parking in the area was a little problem but just a block away. Good location to the Centro.

querían cobrar el estacionamiento aparte , pero la reservación decía estacionamiento gratuito. deberían advertir que el estacionamiento esta lejos y que viene por el . fatal que no hay agua caliente

Las instalaciones son excelentes. Habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas. La atención del personal es muy buena. Está muy proximo del centro y se puede caminar con toda la seguridad.

Very colonial and traditional

Not worth for the price ! It is clean but the reception and main are is very poor dirty and not as posted online. It is not a 4 star hotel
