LA CHAMBRE N ETAIT PAS PROPRE NOMBREUX CHEVEUX SUR ESCALIER BLANC DU DUPLEX TRES MAUVAISE INSONORISATION AU 5 ETAGE AVONS ENTENDUS LES MOTEURS DE CLIMATISATEURS QUI FAISAIENT VRILLER LES MURS ! MOBILIER VETUSTES ET ABIMES ,lampe cassée... le canape lit n avait meme pas ete preparé pas de taie d oreille sur celui ci quel hygiène ! couloir donnant sur les chambres ressemblant a des portes de cellules de prison .... pas de voiturier et parking payant bref nous n avons jamais vu ca pour un hotel se disant 5 etoiles: lamentable nous reclamons une compensation pour le desagreement de notre nuit a 533 euros !

Yet again we returned to the Higueron. I believe it’s a combination of the amazing design and aesthetics both inside and poolside of the hotel, the gastronomical food but most of all the service of the entire staff. There are not many places where you feel the need to thank so many people but Higueron is definitely that place! Right from check in with Viví yohana who is a brilliant front desk ambassador to everyone else who helped make our break so special. A big shout out to Patricia, Juanma, Micaela, Angela/Ahlam, Tere, Robert , Noelia, Giovanni and José. In addition, we are always constantly impressed by Samantha a Manager who leads from the front and is a great role model to all! Yes, the hotel is fantastic but as always it’s the people that make the difference!

Perfect long weekend, staff very attentive, upgraded thanks to Vivi who for me was top draw, very good facilities, will defo be going again. Thank you.

Es war sauber

Überall nur Plastikstühle, das Inventar alt. wir wurden erst auf unsere Beschwerde, dass wir in einem Fünfsternehotel doch gebucht hätten und andere Standards erwartet hätten in einen anderen neueren Bereich geführt in ein neues Zimmer. Es wurde zwar Abhilfe geschaffen, aber wir waren extrem enttäuscht und haben uns ehrlicherweise veräppelt gefühlt. Der Service war schlecht, das Personal teilweise unfreundlich oder kurz angebunden, das Frühstücksbuffet wurde einem quasi unter der Nase weggerissen in der letzten Minute, wenn es noch geöffnet war, keinerlei Auge fürs Detail und absolut alles andere als fünf Sterne.

Couldn’t walk anywhere

had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the entire place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable with great views and a relaxing , Everyone was so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and special throughout our stay. This is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I would love to visit again!

Had a perfect 4 night stay at this hotel, staff were helpful, friendly & polite. Food was 10/10 lots of choice & lots of healthy options. 15 min from airport which was perfect, clean all round with beautiful gardens & grounds. We used the gym everyday which was the best gym we’ve been to at a hotel. Was nice & quiet in the pool area with lots of sunbedd. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we shall return again.
