Efficiently oversee all necessary amenities for the comfort of any traveler. The pool, beach, and rooms are well-maintained with a pleasant sea view. My room was upgraded to a family room, much to the delight of my children and wife. The wifi issue was promptly resolved. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Hassan, the front manager, was very helpful in meeting all our needs. Overall, everything was satisfactory. I was particularly impressed by the resort's animation team, who did an excellent job in entertaining and accommodating all guests. I look forward to returning soon.

It is recommended to enhance the all-inclusive package by improving the quality of beer and adding local craft beer options, similar to other resorts. This suggestion is made with the intention of enhancing the overall experience. Everything else is highly commendable.

A nice, pleasant hotel. Convenient location. You can swim in a quiet, shallow bay, snorkel in deeper water, and dive from the pier. The rooms aren't new, but they have everything you need and everything works! The restaurants always have plenty of food, even though it's crowded—there's plenty for everyone! Great animation team! Big shout-out to Mohamed, Shahi, Mustafa, and Karlos and others... A nice hotel for a not big price!

Was there with my boyfriend for a week in February 2026. It got quite good suggestions and pictures online so that is why we chose the hotel but will never do this mistake again. Upon arrival we paid to upgrade our room. The "deluxe" room is not even worth to be a standard room. It is very old and worn out. Rooms need a big touch-up. Curtains are stained, paint is cracked on the balcony fence, our shower wasn't working normally. There was a candy paper put in one of the shower outlets so it wouldn't burst water other way. The English spoken there wasn't good also. Because 90% of the guests there are russian speaking they address you in russian everywhere. Even the events that the animation team do are 90% in russian. Quite bad and boring for someone who doesn't speak russian. Room cleaning was done daily and usually our room was ready after lunch, nothing special was ever done and floors still seemed quite dirty. When we returned to our room after lunch or going out and it wasn't cleaned then the cleaner would ask for tip to do it faster. One time he forgot our towels, came to our door and said if we would tip him he would bring the towels in 5 minutes. We declined so waited for 30minutes. The towels were like rags, how can you give your clients those? Beach towels that were given at the beach were also very old and been through a lot. Some of them had even holes in them. 😂 Our room card did not work so eventually we just got the normal key to not disturb reception so many times to re-new the room card. Food was almost the same daily, nothing new. All-in came with free cocktails which were so light that you it didn't matter if you drank juice or their coctails😂 There was the opportunity to buy premium cocktails but didn't expect that the cocktails that come with all-in package would be so tasteless.. The best thing were the workers at the Spa. Our massages were great a 5* for that only. And also some of the workers were very friendly. We suggest that the more you tip the better is the service. Overall we are really disappointed and in our opinion it is not a 4* hotel anymore, maybe 2-3* max.

Dear Management, I stayed at your hotel from 10 to 17 January 2026 and I would first like to thank the reception staff, the bar staff, and the personnel welcoming guests at the hotel entrance for their courtesy and professionalism. The room was very spacious, although the bathrooms would benefit from renovation. The beach is pleasant and the staff working there are friendly. I would also like to express my sincere compliments to the animation team, which I found excellent. The relaxation, spa and wellness area is also good. However, I noticed a limited variety in the food offered. Unfortunately, I must point out several very serious issues that significantly affected the overall quality of my stay. First of all, the extremely persistent and continuous behavior of the vendors on the beach, which is particularly stressful and incompatible with an environment that should guarantee relaxation for guests. In addition, there were episodes of rudeness by some waiters and, even more unpleasant, the direct request for tips by the room cleaning staff, as if it were mandatory. There were also situations that, in my opinion, go beyond simple poor management and amount to clearly unfair commercial practices. At your barber/hairdresser shop, after signing a voucher on the beach for a beard and haircut service at the agreed price of 20 euros, at the end of the service the face cream included in the treatment was not applied and an additional payment of 10 euros was requested, for a total of 30 euros. I consider this behavior unfair and the prices clearly disproportionate, not justified either by the quality of the service or by the economic context of the country. A similar situation occurred with the boat trip booked on the beach: after agreeing on the price, at the time of payment by credit card, since I had no cash with me, I was charged an extra 15 euros, justified as “bank commissions.” On a transaction of about 35 euros, such a surcharge is completely unjustifiable. Only after a discussion did the staff member say that he had “made a mistake.” Such behavior is extremely serious and, in my opinion, amounts to misleading practice towards the customer. I seriously question how the management of a hotel such as yours can allow operators working inside or in the immediate vicinity of the hotel to engage in such behavior, which not only severely damages the hotel’s image but also exposes guests to unacceptable situations in terms of fairness and legality. I believe it is my duty to formally report what happened and I look forward to receiving your response regarding the checks you intend to carry out and the measures you will take to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
