The staff were truly amazing, especially Walid and Abdel Hamid. The reception team was outstanding and made everything feel perfect. Everything related to cleanliness, food, and the beach was simply excellent. Thank you for making our stay wonderful

Eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung – nie wieder! Ich habe für mich und meine Familie einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten gebucht. Schon beim Check-in begann der Ärger: Uns wurde ein völlig anderes Zimmer gegeben als das, was wir gebucht hatten. Als ich darauf bestand, das gebuchte Zimmer gemäß den Fotos zu erhalten, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich 60 USD extra bezahlen müsse – das ist Erpressung und völlig unprofessionell! Der Service im Restaurant war in Ordnung, das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber die Säfte waren ungenießbar – nur Wasser mit Zucker. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es keine Freizeitaktivitäten und nichts für Kinder. Insgesamt ein Hotel ohne Glaubwürdigkeit und ohne echten Servicegedanken. Unsere Reise wurde dadurch komplett ruiniert. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Le personnel de chambre sympathique.

Le personnel pas l’écoute, je les appelais deux fois pour qu’ils puissent venir chercher le linge pour laver. Oui je vous envoie quelqu’un jamais la personne est arrivé. Du coup je les ai emmené à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour les laver au repas toujours la même chose pâtes riz, poulet caftaTrop d’attente.Manque d’animation de musique zéro on se croirait même pas en vacances il manque le truc festif qu’on a dans les hôtels en vacances.Les transats qui tenait plus . Pour avoir un bon café, fallait attendre 10h du matin. Le wi-fi zéro rien ne capte même avec une carte SIM en capte rien.
