Great location and great hotel and staff is very nice

I haven't even been here yet and found the russian review about the slop and the noisy foam parties absolutely hilarious should be on the stage. God who goes to a place like this! Locals getting priority service and ice cream that's got a chemical imbalance hilarious being it on lol

1. Hotel dirty 2. Staff rude 3. Resort doesn't match pictures 4. Monkey's kept in small cages 5. Black mould in wardrobe in the bedroom 6. Skummy dirty pool 7. Electric switches falling off the walls 8. Bedroom door insecure both inside and outside 9. Smell of sewage in the hotel especially in reception 10. Roof falling in and water pour through the ceiling in the dinning room 11. Food appalling, more like school canteen food that is either under cooked or over cooked 12. No information on our transfer meaning we had to sit in the reception for 4 hours waiting and staff not helpful at all!! I kept getting told "come back later" for 2 days!!! 13. Contacted love holidays online support and got told to sort out a refund and a new hotel by myself! 14. Only 1 bar open at night that is only staffed by 1 staff member 15. Everything is "extra charge" 16. Evening entertainment is an extra charge 17. Mould in the bathroom 18. No tea or coffee just a kettle and 2 dirty cups! 19. Place is not wheelchair accessible particularly 20. My son never received his all inclusive wristband so I had to get him all his food and drink which is just wrong for a 15 year old. 21. Staff screaming at my son because 1 of the girls he was talking to had got tickets for the foam party but hadn't paid, they then lied to me about it the next day. 22. Nothing to eat or drink on arrival 23. Fridge was full of so much ice it was unusable 24. Cupboard doors hanging off hinges 25. Hotel is not fit for purpose and definitely is misrepresented

This is not a 4.5 star hotel. It’s dated, tired and some rooms aren’t fit for human habitation. See photos. Our travel rep spoke to the manager and we were given a room in the new block which was better. However the majority of staff are very friendly.

Good day, everyone! If you love peace, good food, and decent service — DON’T come here! NEVER stay at this hotel. EVER! Pros: Beautiful sea, warm weather. Cons: 1. Discrimination & Rude Staff: - Local Egyptian families get priority service in the dining hall. If you wait 15+ minutes for pizza, staff will hand your slice to an Egyptian who just arrived. Why? No idea. - Staff blatantly took a chair from our table for a local family — without asking. - A waiter snapped rudely at my 9-year-old son for filling a 0.5L water bottle at the beach: "Saving water?" - A bar waiter poured water into a glass, then yelled insults in Arabic at us — unprovoked. - Beach vendors (massage/tours) are aggressively pushy. They curse if you decline. Why are they even allowed here? 2. Noise Nightmare: - A "foam party" advertised for 9 PM started at 10 PM. At 11:30 PM, blasting music shook our windows. Reception dismissed my complaint: "Every hotel does this!" (Lie! I travel often — none torture guests like this). Why must my family endure this? 3. Appalling Food: - Dry chicken, overcooked fish swimming in cheap oil, "honey" that caused heartburn, salads drenched in fiery sauce. - Stale bread, undercooked eggplant, disgusting sushi. - Tea = cheap bag dumped in lukewarm water. Coffee = undrinkable without milk. - "Fruit": Mostly oranges/melons (some moldy). Apples/watermelon twice in 2 weeks. - "Juice": Powdered poison turning lips toxic yellow. - "Free beach ice cream": Inedible chemical slop. - 25-minute lines for basic items (e.g., potatoes). Management ignores this chaos. 4. Trapped Experience: - No beach walks — all paths blocked. Buoys prevent swimming beyond knee depth. 5. Dilapidated Rooms: - Peeling walls, sewage stench in bathrooms daily. - Towels rarely changed. Toilet paper? Bring your own. - Housekeeping asks "Need cleaning?"as you leave your room. 6. Lazy "Entertainment": - Kids’ animation: Same 25-minute songs on loop. Canceled on foam party night. 7. Useless Amenities: - Wi-Fi: Doesn’t work. Summary: Zero warmth, professionalism, or care for guests. Pay the same (or less!) for ANY other hotel — you’ll get far better service, sleep, and food. NEVER. COME. HERE.

Insere Zimmer Stimmt nicht zu unsere Buchung, und zwar direkt gegenüber von DJ animation und sehr laut jeden Nacht, könnte man nicht Schlafen. eben auch das WLAN gibt nicht im Zimmer, trotzdem wir all inklusive gebucht haben.

Alors déjà il faut savoir il n’y pas de wifi ni de 4g dans les chambres pour avoir la wifi il faut aller à l’accueil ou sinon payer 19€ pour avoir la wifi, les touristes coté est de l’Europe aucun respect, les corbeaux qui piquent ton plat … honnêtement c’est un hôtel pour famille

Vacationing with friend at the Sphinx Hotel in May 2025. We was first time at this hotel, and the room was given the 2406 when we arrived. Worked amazing Hamada - very professional and kind, but we after some days not saw him anymore in the hotel... The room. Was nice, clean with balcony and direct access to the pool and beach. The janitor cleaned the room every day, changed towels and made different figures out of towels, was so kind. Food. The food is delicious and varied. The goulash of beef, grilled patties, chicken, fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, and pizza were very delicious. Lunch also was at a restaurant on the beach. Dinner was also testy and for lunch and for dinner was testy two differend soups. Food was always enough, and if something likes especially, you can ask for extras. Thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. Drinks made locally, beer was strong and tastes bad, so we brought alcohol with us, and beer was bought at the cafe or proseco at the schop in the front of the hotel. For dinner and lunch (only) also was wine, it was good enought. Coctails. If you would like gyn-tonic coctail - they have local gyn, but dont have tonic. That's probably the only downside to the hotel, but not meaningful to us. The staff at the restaurant are very polite and courteous. If anything is missing, they'll try bring everything fast. Breakfast, lunch. Crows try to have breakfast with you, but if that bothers you, you can go inside the restaurant instead of outside. The crows were there when we were in Sharm El Sheikh recently, so it's not a problem at all. Beach. On the grounds there are two beaches, one sandy with a fine set and protected from the wind, which is good for resting snakes, and the other stone and deep-set from the pier. The sea is warm and clean, and there is a coral reef - we loved it. Animation. Every day recharging, aquaerobics, belly dancing, yoga. Different shows every evening / night. Really good team!!! Hello to everyone! MASSAGE. We not planned go to massage, but when we tried, we can not stop it and went to massage every day. It is really profesional massage, AMAZING. Good for healthy, strong enought and good for lose the weigh, salt and etc. I was really so surprised with quality of massage. Fatma is one of the best. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the service offer. It's not nice to be woken up while you're sleeping on the beach to offer services...also alco (local) drinks quality. Personally, we like almost everything about this hotel, the price per hotel is in line with the quality of the service. The hotel has a lot of regular guests, with whom we talk and meet here. If you don't pay attention to the minor shortcomings of the hotel, the rest will go great, the main thing is to take a good mood with you. The hotel also has a pharmacy, a small beauty salon where can do for you hair braiding, small fish aquarium at the beach for foot procedures (the guys who working there are so kind), and shops if you forget somethingyou can find there. The hotel is located close to the Mall "Hurghada CENTER".

The experiente was nice but it has some Black and White marks, first the beach it was awesome you can make snorkeling at the beach you see a lot of Fish ! In the staff you find some "tipsman" but you can find some nice too , the rooms was good and the room service too, food is not awesome... but is acceptable, the cakes are 1000/10 , the drinks have a lowcost alcool , and have warm galasses... btw very hard to find alcool drink in that zone, the recption has a strategy with tips to give you the best room , it not was nice ...and the reception forced to give money..
