Good budget hotel,comfortable beach with lagoon,have reef.terrtitory is small,but cozy and have everyting:pools,aquapark,restaurants,bars.room is good with front sea view,cleaning daily.food is good and variety.staff is polite and friendly.good location in city

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sphinx Resort Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was nothing short of delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The location is ideal, providing easy access to everything while offering a serene atmosphere to relax. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Dear sirs I was very happy and lucky to have the opportunity and stay in this hotel, which is preferred by all of us and is more than wonderful and provides means of cooperation, comfort and services to all guests. The staff is really friendly and anxious. Quiet during night. A lot of entertainment programs, if you like that. (Minidisco, Camel back riding, snorkeling trip...)

Not very clean, black hair in the beds and in the bathroom everywhere. The bathroom is a bit worn out, tiles, mirrors etc. are broken. The food is ok but not very good quality (no fresh juices only Sirup etc.) ... They have monkeys in a small cage in the garden. I would prefer to see them wild in nature.

Otelin en güzel yanı kum plaj ve resifti. Maskeniz varsa dalışa gitmenize gerek yok. Otel orta halli, çalışanlar İngilizce bilmiyor anlaşmak zor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş aşırı asık suratlı. Otelde devamlı size tur, masaj, meyve, içki, saç örgüsü satmaya çalışan bir tayfa var, asla rahat bırakmıyorlar. İstemediğini söyleyince nerelisin sana özel indirim yapayım VS. diye rahatsız ediyorlar. Herşey dahil konsept ama hiç bişey dahil değil. Kola bile bulmak zor. Lobi bar harici tüm barlar 17'de kapanıyor. Otel büyük herkes lobiye yığılıyor resmen. Yemek çeşiti az ama aç kalmazsınız. Otel temizliği orta karar hergün oda temizliği istiyor musunuz diye soruluyor. Aquapark var diye tercih etmiştik ama normal havuz ve Aqua birbirinden uzak 2 farklı noktada eşyalarla ordan oraya gezmek gerekiyor. Otelin çevresi hareketli merkezi bir noktada havaalanına yakın. Otelin içinde eczane, market ve alışveriş yerleri var, dışarı sadece Luksor turu için çıktık. Bir daha tercih etmem orta halli bir tatil istiyorsanız tercih edilebilir. Biz Sharm tatilimizi daha çok sevmiştik.

We arrived early, and the reception, under the management of Mr. Abd Elhamid, graciously accommodated us with a sea-view room. I also observed a high level of professionalism from the reception team. They were quick to assist everyone with a smile, and I truly appreciate their dedication to their work .The room was amazing, and we noticed significant improvements in the quality of the food

The animation team doesn’t seem to be as good as before; they appeared quite unmotivated in organizing activities. Additionally, the room could benefit from some refurbishment
