Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort

Location was convenient.

There were too many guests for its facilities and staff. It's consolidated with the King Tutt hotel next door and the staff and facilities aren't really adequate. The staff are all stressed and so service isn't pleasant. The rooms are quite rundown. I guess if you get it at a discount price it's ok, but wouldn't pay the full price. It's ok if you don't spend time in the resort and are out and about.

Our appreciation also goes to Mr Abd El Hamid, the ever-professional manager, who oversees everything with such grace and efficiency. Together with his outstanding team, they create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every stay memorable. As a company bringing guests from India, we can confidently say that our clients always leave delighted — not only because of the facilities, but because of the wonderful staff, whose kindness and attentiveness make all the difference. ✨ Un séjour exceptionnel ! Hôtel très agréable, personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Mention spéciale à Hilel à l’accueil, toujours souriant, adorable et très serviable. Les équipes de ménage sont tout aussi formidables — toujours aimables et attentionnées. Le personnel des restaurants et du service est impeccable, toujours à l’écoute et professionnel. Je ne peux pas citer tous les prénoms, mais vraiment tous les postes méritent un grand bravo 👏 Un grand merci aussi à Hamid, le responsable, pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. L’hôtel est très propre, la piscine toujours impeccable, et les maîtres-nageurs présents et attentifs. Bref, un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande à 100 % ! 💯🌺

Il mare è molto carino, La barriera non è un gran che ma ci sono i pesci! e anche stare a bordo piscina è molto bello
