"Was a mess I plan this trip for my fiance and we were both disappointed we of to leave the property"

Kitchen close so no breakfast bar close,pool dirty out of use no elevator nothing like what on the site I feel like I get stick up and rob without out a gun

Pool should be in use clean and ready kitchen should be in operation also the bar that on site ac not cooling the room it is old and dirty of to use the fan to help cool the room place is just a total mess

Peacefulness and beautifully situated on the beach.

The top of the toilet seat had mold on it. Not good. The bar did not serve food and drinks were very limited.

After 2 hours flight and a hour and a half drive from the airport to sandy haven hotel the hotel was not open for guests I basically had to scramble to find another hotel to stay booking.com nor anyone else notify me before my arrival

Hôtel très bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage. Chambre bien aménagée et spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain, un espace rangement, un coffre, un grand balcon avec table et chaises. À proximité de nombreux restaurants et hôtels

La chambre devait avoir une vue sur mer, mais ne l’avait pas !
