Love the staff and their hospitality

The hotel did not have wifi but during checkin I was informed they did have WiFi. Waited forever to check in. The breakfast was literally bread and tea with a mimosa and some fruit. Stay at negril tree house it’s much better. The severs at breakfast and all the staff at the beach were wonderful, also the older lady who was the receptionist at night was wonderful as well. However the tall guy Edward lied and said they had WiFi. Having wifi is important as an international traveler. Ownership doesn’t seem to care about this hotel anymore so I would advice against staying here unless nothing else is available!

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! From check in, to nothing working, lack of service and rude staff the overall experience was more stressful and far from a vacation. There was no tv or internet for 6 days of our stay. No one had answers or was willing to help with the situation. As well when we asked for something or for someone to come help with something, the request has to be asked multiple times and still at times no one responded to the specific need. Lastly the hotel took it upon themself to charge my credit card when they wanted and when it was time to leave they held us hostage as they said we owed more money. This was the worst experience to date from all my travel experiences and I would never suggest anyone to stay there as they will only cause stress and trouble throughout the vacation.

No WiFi, a bit rundown, very slow service overall in all regards.

On Negril’s seven mile beach. The lifeguard was friendly, so was “Pops”.

No WiFi while we were there. TV wasn’t working either. Staff was very slow at check in and not at all accommodating. Our room had a sewer-like smell and they would not switch our room. Staff was also very slow at breakfast. One morning we waited 2 hours to get our complete order.

Stay was good but unfortunately cardio equipment in gym was not working, WiFi was very spotty and no hot water on the 1st and only night. But otherwise amenities were good, clean facility and professional staff

Very disappointed! Will never stay here again. Slider didn’t lock, no internet service, no tv, all gym equipment was broken, no hand soap, chef was 45 minutes late for breakfast. I reported all of these problems to the GM every day and he said it would be fixed. None of them ever were; and we were there for 6 days.

Very clean establishment

Slider on balcony didn’t lock, no tv, no internet service, gym equipment was broken (cardio machines), no hand soap for the entire time! Chef was 45 minutes late on most mornings for breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was good; however, took over an hour to get it. Bar tenders Andre and Kenyon were the only positives of the entire stay! Andre was rushed to close down every night even though the bar was full each night!
