Please note that during COVID-19, office hour will be Monday-Friday 10:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 16:00, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests arriving outside office hour or weekends must be arranged prior arrival. Same days reservation must be arriving during office hour. Same day weekend reservations is currently not acceptable. For further more information on reduced services, an automatic messages will be sent to you once reservations is proceed. For more information, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES: Cancelation policies will be stated when you are making the reservation. Please consider that carefully. It is suggested to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any possible cancelations due to COVID restrictions, and change of minds, etc. before payment is made. Please note that for fire safety reasons, the maximum number of extra beds and cots in a unit is 1.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
