Guests arriving outside office hour or weekends must be arranged prior arrival. Same days reservation must be arriving during office hour. Same day weekend reservations is currently not acceptable. For further more information on reduced services, an automatic messages will be sent to you once reservations is proceed. "good location but needs a spruce up"

The location was perfect. Close to beach and easy to find. Outlook on to pool with really nice gardens. It felt relaxing. Apartment was spacious and pretty quiet (couldn't hear neighbours and no traffic noise other than planes). Having our own carpark was good also.

Wasn't a good start with no one at reception and the number on the door didn't work. Finally got through by using the number of the website. Didn't realise we had to lug our suitcases up the stairs (no lift) but we are fit so not a big deal. Apartment was very dated and needs quite a bit of basic maintenance, which we intend to email owners directly about. A freshen up would make a big difference.

Difficult getting up stairs with case when on own and no one to assist, especially for elderly

Room was great location and everything was close by and a great location.

Room was run down a little. Maintenance on items in shower and bathrooms. Room was a little under. There was little privacy in main areas as curtains were see through.

Location to everything. Pool is lovely.

No one at desk day after day. I know it was a holiday and all but we had no toilet paper after day 2. I emailed with no response, every day we would see mail packages piling up at office door. Kind of odd not to have at least email/messaging response system when no one can be present. May need to add back up if needed.

Absolutely beautiful, perfect position, close to beach & restaurants. Gorgeous garden & pool. Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen.

Very noisy directly in plane landing path, luckily stopped by 10pm to 6am so you could sleep well. Not Apartments fault but a little annoying.
