Very unclean, cockroaches joined us for our stay, bathrooms were grubby and unclean, there was dust build up everywhere and damage to 4 doors, main bathroom was not able to be used as the doorhandle was broken. Wifi was down on arrival and 2G was the best we could get in the end. When I spoke to management, they told me that Booking.com were the guest not my family, and to complain to them. which is really awful, to pay $390 a night for a place so unclean is not ok. I was ignored, multiple calls and emails ignored. We were not treated like guests.

Location was great, and the pool was perfect for the kids big and small!!

With the exception of the bathrooms and bedrooms, which were clean enough, the apartment had not been cleaned. The kitchen and the living room were especially dirty.

John was excellent. Very helpful.

This is a great complex in an excellent location. The pool and gardens are well maintained. The apartments are all individually owned so the furnishing vary between each one. One of our departments was tasteful and well equipped, the other one was very spartan and not comfortable

The on site manager was friendly and made good suggestions about local attractions when we checked in - and then became invisible and unresponsive. We had left a phone in one of the apartments after we checked out and despite multiple requests to the manager to post it to us (at our expense) he ignored all requests via phone and email and we needed to get the Police involved to have it returned. The Police had to contact him multiple times before he finally acted. We had two apartments and they were both dirty - one had unwashed dishes in the broken dishwasher. Requests to the manager to resolve this were ignored. The bathrooms had not been properly cleaned - there was visible dirt on the floor and around drains. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper. The BBQs near the pool were dirty and the bins had not been emptied. No clean was done during the ten days we stayed here. We did see a cleaning team when we were leaving, so it seems that no-one is checking their work. One apartment did not have adequate pillows or a clothes drying rack despite it being mentioned in the advertising.

The accomodation was very tired and needs updating. Supply of such things as soap, shampoo, etc was minimal

Great location close to beach. Pool was lovely

Spider webs on back balcony making it unusable.
