地方太偏僻

Staff service and hotel facilities are great! I felt sad as dinner was below my expectation, not worth for money. Main issue was beef not as good as it named. Steam cooking beef was not a right choice!

Old interior

While I would give the accommodation 3 stars I would give the food 4 stars and the staff 5 stars. The accommodation is a little tired and needs updating. The Onsen is a little alien to us westerners but once experienced for the first time I was happy to go every day. The staff were so accommodating that we were given a specific time when we could go in in bathing costumes. The staff bent over backwards to please There were a lot of dietary requirements in our group from coeliac to shellfish allergy and no fish at all. The chef went to great lengths to please. One morning for those who could eat them there were even croissants. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryu Resort Hotel. It was very relaxing and a great way to experience the Japanese Alps. The hotel has a minibus and will organise excursions for you, although we did need a large bus as well. Masa needs a special mention as he was so helpful We were a big group, 32 in total. No request was was too difficult.

お風呂は良かったですか、内風呂は掛け流しではなく循環のため、垢が浮いてました。露天風呂は掛け流しのため、おすすめです。

ゆっくり過ごす目的でこちらを選びました。小川の音と虫の鳴き声だけしか聴こえず、ゆったりのんびりできました。星空もきれい。スタッフの方は親切丁寧な対応で良かったです。温泉の泉質も良かったです。部屋のトイレとお風呂は少し時代を感じさせる部分はありましたが、それ以外は部屋も広く快適でした。食事は地元食材を使ったメニューで良かったです。

スタッフは良い。自然の中に囲まれている環境も良い。お湯も良い。 建物が古いのは仕方ないが、部屋のユニットバスから排水の匂いはなんとかならないか。部屋そのものはきれいに改装されています。食事処、大浴場の内風呂と半露天までの距離が異常に長い。館内の細かい段差やなだらかな坂が多く、つまづきやすい。目の悪い人は危険です。 夕食は工夫は凝らされているものが多いが味はよくない。量は多い。シンプルな料理も、刺身は暖かい、揚げたての天ぷらが冷たい、焼きあがるのを待ったイワナが冷めているしパサパサ。美味しかったのは飛騨牛のみ。朝食は、ほうば味噌以外、全部ビュッフェ。味は良い。 大浴場の排水溝には髪の毛の束。半露天風呂なのは本州で一番寒くなるところなので冬のことを考えると仕方ないが、虫除けスプレーが無造作に置かれている。裸で使いたくないし、半露天で窓が開け放ってあるのだから、虫が入ってくるのは当たり前。それを知らずに訪れクレームを入れる客であれば、モラルの問題。 hotels.comからの予約では、食事が一番下のランク。 連泊は、食事が一緒なので、おすすめしません。

家族で宿泊しましたが、とても良かったです。2歳の息子も、温泉、プール、虫取りを楽しんでいました。
