The bedroom was very comfortable indeed . The food was exellent. The view from our room was stunning could of stayed longer . Would certainly recommend to friend in fact already have .

Just a simple over night stay - d/b/b. All was very good. Our dinner and the service of it was exceptional.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Service was great and food exceptional. The room was lovely and very comfortable, if I was being very picky I would say house cleaning need to do a bit more dusting. It’s our second stay and we would definitely recommend it to people and stay there again.

The Pheasant is a delightful old country pub and hotel. It is warm and welcoming, bedrooms are spotless and comfortable. Despite being relaxed and informal the food is the standard you’d expect from a top restaurant. Absolutely delicious and cooked from fresh. It’s a shame our stay was only overnight!

From start to finish everything was excellent. Great welcome, great room, great food great dinner and great breakfast. Loved the fact that at breakfast it was home made marmalade and the butter was fresh on a plate and not in gold wrapper. Look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Beautiful area.
