Amazing views, food, and staff

Staying at Gaia is truly a breathtaking experience. The property is gorgeously maintained & the staff go above & beyond to make you feel at home. Rahim made me laugh many nights at the bar & always had the perfect cocktail suggestions. Javier greeted me in the mornings with the perfect cappuccino & a smile. Even though I was traveling alone there was always someone there for me. I cannot wait to visit again.

The location is by the waterfall, surrounding by the forest and mountains, wonderful to stay for a few days to relax and explore through the trails. The hotel has a black Labrador, Coco, that is very friendly and has accompanied me voluntarily on the trails keeping me on track!

A bit too far away, almost an hour's drive away, with no regular shuttle service. One has to drive or use taxi.

It was magical! The staff, food and views were great. The staff made sure that all our needs are met, really above and beyond. The waterfall on the property was cherry on top. I highly recommend!

The only thing was it being in the middle of the reserve, so getting to places take longer. It takes about half hour to just get out of the property. However, I don’t mind as there’s just plenty to do in there

Lift not working. Wine list felt overpriced for the quality of wines.

Such a beautiful location. Slept so well to the sound of the falls and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful. We enjoyed every dinner we had at the restaurant.

The "free" breakfast included with our booking stay was just bread.
