Good location and the hotel is next to the subway. But the bed is not comfortable and quite old.

Very good for business trips. Breakfast available

Overall terrible experience, save your money. We had to pay a $200 deposit upfront as insurance. Staff did not speak english nor cantonese (mainly mandarin,) which we did not speak so it was hard to communicate. Pictures of the room on this site is NOT TRUE. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Rooms were small and dirty, the bathroom is shady and old looking. Also there was a really bad odor coming from the vent (dont turn it on.) The toilet clogged every other day that we were there and had to call someone to fix it. The daily room cleaning is nothing but changing towels and fixing the bed up along with mopping the floor. They do not change the bedsheets unless asked specifically. The pillows I had had stains on it. Wifi sucked and had trouble connecting, when we did it was really slow and disconnects every 5 minutes. There is no closet, just a drawer to put stuff on top of. The a.c was weak (not cold enough.) One of the days we stayed, they did a daily room cleaning and had higher in temperature our air conditioner and opened our shades. When we came back we saw a mosquito on the curtains and killed it. Then I got bit several times and realized there was more than 1 mosquito in the room and demanded a room change. Staff told us to check out a room in the 6th floor. My friend and I went up to the room and noticed it was tinier and requested another room on the third floor. The condition of the new room was worse. Hallways smells like SMOKE (CIG) even tho we requested no smoking!!!

Rooms are small. Breakfast isnt great but was better than the other place i stayed. Chinese breakfast. Rice. Boiled egg , dumpling. Hotel is next to busy area and you can hear the honking cars all night. I didnt get much sleep though i was exhausted. The walls are thin and the loud guest in halls can be heard. my room smelled like smoke was coming in from another room or through walls. Had to cover my nose all night Staff doesnt speak english so theres no way to complain.

Bed too hard.

if you come from the train station, it is on the left hand side of the station. the room is ok for an overnight stay before we catch the train early next morning. wifi comes and goes. breakfast starts at 730 am and they could not give us a bag breakfast. for the price we paid, it is a really good deal. for those catching the train, make sure to be there at least 1 hour ahead as the station has a very peculiar security check system - meaning SLOW.

hotel location was near to all markets which i was there that was only good thing in the hotel rest staff room all were as i was staying free at that place as they were behaving i think they dont know anything about hospitality at all

near railway station which is convenient but also rowdy as a result. Room was clean but shower not good. Shower water pressure was weak and water drainage is very poor. Read other reviews and you will know that this is a common problem in this hotel. Other than that, a fuss free stay. Did not bother going for breakfast

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel in April 2015. Hotel is located at Guangzhou Railway Station within Station precinct. Signage and Entrance barely discernible from restaurants on either, includes a KFC and Pizza Hut. The lobby is pleasant and staff have enough English. Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. 'No Smoking' rules largely ignored. We were allocated a 3'rd floor room with a tiny window looking at a brick wall, we complained and were moved to a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6’Th floor (we booked a deluxe room). It was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The rooms on the 3'rd Floor were poorly equipped, in poor condition, smelling of stale Smoke. The rooms on the 6’Th floor were well appointed in good condition. Cleaners cleaned everyday providing fresh towels etc. There are no other amenities. Breakfast is served several doors away. Breakfast mainly Chinese and is awful, cold or Luke-warm. They also provide fresh fruit, boiled eggs and toast. Great location for Metro and Trains but the place is teeming with people all of the time and is very, very noisy. Rated 3 because of its location and Smoking issue.

The overall stay was not bad. Wifi was very bad. Bathroom smelled horrible.There was this smell coming from aspiration.If hotel read this please fix it.
