Location is very good

Every single door in the place seems to slam incessantly. There is a guest entrance at the bottom and if your in the room next to that you hear people slamming it as they go in and out because it sticks. From around 7am the doors start to slam as people go about their business. The doors need to be adjusted. One morning the hotel started to take apart a room next to us, dragging furniture and banging. The cleaners were very loud as well banging Hoover's against things.

Great location for Rye, friendly welcome and lovely bar area.

Room was very cold at night, seems heating was switched off and we woke up cold at 4am!

Loved everything about my stay here, rooms were clean and had everything you need. Super dog friendly. Cafe downstairs was amazing and the food was incredible!!
