Sakura Edinburgh Guest House

Very pleasnt 6 days. Complimentary mineral water every day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room very warm. Room had en suite bathroom and running water was always very hot. The guesthouse is very central and close to many amenities.

This place made me feel like I was visiting another country. The unique building was great. We were met by the host, very pleasant & helpful. Check out was so easy, just leave the key. Our room was facing the street so we could sit and see the lively city from our room. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of coffee & tea, even a bottle of water in there for us. It’s not a new or flashy place. If that’s what you want, you shouldn’t stay here. If you want a charming authentic place, give it a try. It really made me feel like a local.

The room was too cold and it was in the basement which is partly why it was so cold. Turning the heating on for an hour or so in the night and then for an hour or so in the morning is not enough. The heating should be on continuously.

Really comfortable. Tea coffee facilities. Very warm and room was clean. We arrived late but the owner messaged us about how to get there. We had a really good stay. Will come again.

The room was in the old style and quite dark, but it was good for 2 of us to stay for two nights. The bathroom was separate from the room but still private ( only we had access to it). Overall pleased. Easy access to the center. Would recommend.

Liked the vibe of the place, the room was nice and chilled and gave me everything I expected

Had a bit of a wait to gain entry even though I let them know what time I would be arriving.

Stay for sports

The staff is rude and arrogant. My room wasn’t cleaned for three days of my stay. The chair in the room is death trap. If you want to save your balls don’t book this B and B. There are lots of littered wires everywhere. The tv is like 5 inch. Avoid at all cost. They need to refund my money back to me.
