Keith and Rebecca are amazing and extremely helpful with recommendations! The basic continental breakfast, but there's option for purchasing eggs and meat in the mornings.

"Port Douglas - one night stay at Coral Beach Lodge"

Selected hotel based on price (value for money) and closeness to Port Douglas carnivale activities. The place is a hostel plus motel style private rooms. Room had small patio opening to a grassed are overlooking creek. Had to ask for towels as only one in room. Tea and coffee but no milk- had to buy from reception. There was free continental breakfast but we skipped this as lots of breakfast options in town. Reception staff very friendly- had a snake and lizard in reception- great for international visitors to meet local wildlife. Reptile friendly.

Very friendly, nice staff. Comfortable accommodation with all basic amenities. Loved the place- suitable for young, old, families with kids and everyone. The free breakfast is an additional bonus - one does not need to walk till the Macrossan street for breakfast. Would like to stay there again.

Only stayed for one evening but it was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff and there’s a free pool table too.
