i slept really well to be honest, even though its right next door to the airport. breakfast was good but i had to pay an extra £11.00 for which i wasnt happy about.

We didn’t get a room paid for it but didn’t get it

Someone tried to enter my room without knocking at 4:50AM. When they found it locked, they kept trying till I said “hello,” then disappeared. Either a drunk or someone with bad intensions. Pillows smelled of sweat from previous tenants. Had to kill a very large spider. Room and bathroom was very small with no A/C on a hot day. Otherwise, staff was friendly.

Not enough parking available for rooms there. Shower went from cold to boiling hot and back. Declared continental breakfast I was told on arrival is only cereal then the dining room was still locked at 8 am. Mirror in room was propped against wall. No coffee or tea making was available. Drawers had knobs missing. Etc, etc, etc!

Most expensive and low quality hotel ever. More of a hostil like place than a hotel and for 500 American dollars for one night!

Convenient to Heathrow. Quiet village street, easy access to train to Windsor. Price seemed on the high side for what was a very small room.

Hello Orbitz, I have been a loyal and huge fan for years. Last evening I booked what I preceived was a hotel via your site. The business was represented as a hotel and it turned out to be a home in a residential area. Lighting was poor and very difficult to find the address. I made the decision not to even go to the door of the private home as it was not what I expected or desired. I use Orbitz extensively as you will see by my profile activity. I additionally recommend the site and almost feel I should be considered and employee as much as I refer and recommend the services provided by your company. At the end of the experience, I lost my payment for the nights lodging and had to rely on a co-worker to help me to find another property as the app will not allow you to book in the previous day after midnight as it transitions to the new day. Im sorry, I generally do not write reviews as my experiences are normally excellent. Id like to warn travellers that this hotel is a scam, con/rip off. Absolutely appalling - it was the most expensive stay of our trip @ £200 for 1 night, I would not have paid £50. I joined every guest in the corridor that evening, all complaining (Faulty Towers style). One guest was charged £500 for one night, shared bathroom and no door handle. The bed sheets were nylon and unwashed ... the previous night we stayed in a 4* hotel in the centre of London for £99 and it was wonderful. Hotels.com need to review this so called guest house, It is by far not what is described on the webpage and I believe a scam.

Rotting floors, bathroon fan didn't work, on site parking full, had to park in Street, Shampoo dispenser in shower broken. Bed hard as a rock. Television cables with power pack dangling and secured with tape. Breakfast was bland. Coffee was good. Late check out at noon but we left as early as possible. Don't bother booking it.

This hotel is advertised 2.2 miles from Egham that was the reason for booking its actually 5.9 miles and £17 on a taxi from their. First room only shared bathroom to up grade £10 which I did, Cooked Breakfast described by owner as fresh cooked was actually frozen sausage again at a cost in advance which I paid for. Overall very disappointed with 20 min walk to nearest place to eat which was better than the breakfast food at guest House but pub that only sold curries (but a nice curry)
