I hate this website now I booked at a hotel and the hotel Told me that my booking that I got is fake what a bluffs

Booked to stay at this guest house and when we arrived the man took us down to a shallet room what was freezing cold with no signal on phones or WiFi.... We asked to be moved to a room in the guest house which he did move us to a room with no working TV but that was fine for us but they was white marks on the curtains (I dread to think what they are), boogie wiped on walls., the shower was broken off the wall, freezing cold water n couldn't get warm, it smelt fusky in the whole of the guest house. Also IT IS NOT FREE BREAKFAST! apparently u don't get no continental breakfast.... Just a hot drink in the morning is what they called as breakfast so we got conned into paying £7.50pp for breakfast what was really poor with hardly anything on the plate... Literally 2 small cheap sausages.... 2 wafer thin bacon rashers.... Beans and egg... Owners did seem welcoming just was the state and condition of the gust house and the fact online it says breakfast but actually u have to pay for it and its very poor! I usually am easily pleased and I don't expect everything to be perfect but they was that many things wrong I had to leave this review.

This guest house could do with improvement. No tea or coffee in the rooms. The shared shower room is dated with the shower hose falling apart. No complimentary soap or shampoo. Nobody in charge to greet you on arrival. Breakfast starts at 9:30am which was over an hour too late for me, as this is accommodation aimed towards tradesmen not holiday guests. The tv in bedroom was dated and didn’t work. There was no airflow in the room, which is an issue as it’s next to Heathrow and for that matter there was no triple glazing. Again.. next to Heathrow! No fridge also. My total bill came to £43. Considering it had no drinks, no breakfast and basically nothing included at all. I think it’s more comparable to a hostel, and even they include more. If you book here, expect a pretty basic experience. I’m sure there is better for less money locally.

Bitten multiple times by bedbugs, room was incredibly dirty. Never staying here again, worst accommodation I’ve found in London.

Excellent value considering so convenient for Heathrow. I phoned them at past 9pm they were very helpful and checking in late around 10.30pm was no problem. Clean and fine for an overnight stay before flying.

bit close to the airport..but ok for a stop over..was clean and staff friendly and accommodating..loads of parking..would check in again when passing that way

I didn't stay because the owners wouldn't except my bank card as proof of identity so i think I should have my money back

We stay here every time we visit England. The best location to get to and close to a train station, but a quiet location near the village. The owners always meet our needs and are very friendly.

Booked to stay in a double room, when we arrived we were told that there were no more double rooms available and the only remaining available "room" was a small hovel with a single mattress in the corner of the room. The bed itself was filthy and crammed into the corner of the room under what appeared to be a set of stairs.The bed was also tiny, and as a large gentleman, I could not fit in this at all. In the end we left and went to the travel lodge down the road.

No cups in room Very tired Bathroom not clean Tried upsell for en-suite at already fair price for ensuite. Ok for a nights sleep though
