Приехали второй раз. Очень довольны отдыхом. Брали два двухуровневых номера. Отель очень нравится. Чисто, красиво, безопасно. Персонал рецепшн всегда готов помочь. Уборка номера - высшая оценка. Бассейны чистые. Отдыхали с двумя собаками. Проблем не было. Обязательно ещё вернемся.

Location and the pool was nice.

Dim lighting in the rooms, super small tv (maybe 13 inch tv), and dark staircase.

The staff were Fantastic, friendly and helpful. You could not fault them .The hotel was in a great location near by so many fabulous restaurants, although I have to say the restaurant in the hotel was one of my favorites .The chef here was one of the best .Also the whole area around swimming pools was so comfortable and relaxing. And you had so many different areas to relax have a drink ,chill or enjoy a delicious 😋 meal. Missing the place already...

The Gym Sadly, I found this area needed some work doing. A good clean-up would be a start .. I like using gyms when i am on holiday, but unfortunately, it's the only let down, I had as I would not use it .sorry, guys.

Great location

Stayed a few years ago and it walks really good. Sadly now it seemed tasty and in need of a lot of improvement.

The location

Almost everything It was the worst hotel I have stayed in as far as I can remember. Whilst almost all the staff were pleasant, especially the night manager, the daytime receptionist was extremely unfriendly bordering on rudeness. There were 2 small, lumpy pillows in our room and only a sheet- no blanket or duvet despite it being November and cold. I booked this hotel because it advertised a spa and fitness centre but that was closed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and even though the accommodation was advertised as a duplex apartment there were no facilities whatsoever for an apartment- not even a glass to drink water from. The room was not cleaned on the second day and we had to ask for clean towels. No bottled water was provided and a sign in reception told guests that no food or drink was to be brought into the hotel from outside - everything must be purchased from the hotel itself. We were told that the restaurant was open for dinner and had an a la carte menu but when we actually sat down to eat we were told that almost all the dishes were unavailable as it was out of season. The dining room where we had breakfast was dirty and the tables were not cleaned when guests left. The windows were so filthy it was difficult to see outside. Breakfast itself was very poor and the hot food was left in unheated containers. The only drinks available were water or instant coffee.
