"Wonderful setting"

Wonderful setting, great location for access to Liverpool and Chester Zoo. Very large Bedroom with an equally large Bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a lunch for 17 and they struck just the right balance between letting us get in andd enjoy, and attentive service. It's an old building but my room was again lovely. Thanks very much.

"Damp musty museum of a hotel"

Really awful hotel and not worth the money better priced and more comfortable hotels in the area. Unless you want to experience staying in a damp musty museum I would look elsewhere.
