Nice place, nice area. Shower was clogged, they fixed it immediately. Pool area was clean and well maintained.

Dryer was not functioning properly, can opener was broken, cup was chipped bad. Televisions were all undersized. TV volume kept dropping for no reason. WiFi was very weak, 2 or more devices and it would just freeze up. Should also give renters the advanced notice that air conditioner can not be put lower/cooler than 75°. There was a sign by the AC that said if put lower than 75, the unit will freeze up and you will be charged for repair. What kind of nonsense is that. Will not be returning. Money wasted.

Charged me 147 additional dollars for my 2 night stay that was not in my description of the totals due in Expedia app. They had paperwork that threatened of you didn't take out all of your garbage yourself you will lose your deposit even after the 147 cleaning fee. 1985 box TVs in rooms with old worn couches and beds. By the time I was done it was 200/ night and not worth what we got. I stay in the area and would NEVER stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious apartments, in a great location for accessing the theme parks. Quiet, with everything you'd need, plus a pleasant pool area.

Great condo will stay again in the future! Close to the parks and very clean.

Check in process was terrible. You are required to check in at another location but this closes at 7pm so if you arrive later then you need to call a number to gain an access code to a safe deposit box which contains details of your apartment. This was not communicated beforehand. Having tried to check in and then going to the apartment location it was apparent that there was no one on hand to assist. Once the access code to the safety deposit box was provided the process went smoothly albeit very stressful. The apartment was very dated; sofas were dirty. The amenities are dated; the TVs were from circa 1990 and the sound was like a wasp in a tin can. The kitchen ware was limited (one saucepan and three frying pans!; no scissors, baking tray or kettle - three cereal bowls; previous breakages clearly not replaced). Apart from that, the location was good and once settled in the above did not detract from a great holiday.

We can explain how much we were mislead!! Not walking distance to park more like 30 minutes drive and NOTHING in area to do. We really are upset about several hidden fees as well

Resort was really nice and clean, love the codes for everything ...no keys!! The only bad thing the people in the second floor to noisy....but we had an awesome family time

We were pleased with are stay. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. My villa was spacious with plenty of room for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel it was great , just to get to the front desk it was kind of frustrated. We didn't know it was in a different location. Please call to find out the address. Other than this it was better than expected.
