Excellent location, everything was as described, right in the centre of Reykjavik.

Bathroom and kitchen was lovely, beds were comfortable, lovely and warm in the room, Good location. No safe, nowhere to put your bags if you have a late flight, no one too talk too, email or phone call only, furniture and wallpaper looked tired,

It was all round very very good, great communication and facilities and a brilliant location.

There was one tea bag in the room for three people for three nights and no milk. I requested a room with two beds and paid extra for that but still got a fold out couch as a second bed. The light in the hotel corridor was not easy to find when first getting out of the lift. it was lucky the staff at the bar downstairs were so nice or it would have been worse.

Great location

This is a great little place to stay. Look it’s not a 5 star hotel but then you wouldn’t be reading this in the first place but what it is is clean, practical (we wanted the self catering option), warm, comfortable (the beds are amazing and I want one of the ‘waffle quilts’ as we named them as they keep you at the perfect temperature 😊 and most of all a fab location. It’s on Laugavegur but we didn’t hear any noise, it’s a 10 minute walk to the harbour and a 2 minute walk to bus stop 10 which you will use for the airport and trips. Check in /entry was easy and communication before the trip was good. Don’t really have any negatives. It would benefit from a bath mat as the floor can get quite wet and slippery and a couple more hangers would be good. There is a burger bar downstairs so as long as you don’t mind the smell when you leave the building it’s fine. Overall really pleased, good value for money and would stay here again.

Was very happy with my little apartment right in the centre of Reykjavik! There was a small confusion when I arrived due to change of ownership I think, but the guy on the phone reception sorted everything out. The studio was quirky & fun, and was overlooking Laugavegur. Easy access with a code number for either the restaurant attached, or a separate door for the studios. Decently equipped kitchen unit, with pretty much all you'd need for a few days staying in the city. So close to downtown and the main shopping street, that the location was ideal for walking to anything in Reykjavik. Would happily stay again.

Poor communication. Did not inform me that they change the lock which requires a code when we arrive. Also did not even email us that they change the code after we came back from a long day of touring. Fortunately the restaurant owners were there to let us borrow their phone to contact the hotel. It was frustrating dealing with it when you're trying to enjoy a vacation.

The apartments have a quirky charm with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Reykjavik. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee machine was invaluable! The location is spot on. I will definitely be back.
