The location is great! All you need is walking distance. But the communication is pretty bad, I emailed them multiple times, if possible that I can check in early, but I didn’t get a reply back. The kitchen light is not working so I need to cook my dinner before it gets dark. I will give a 5-star for cleanliness.

I enjoyed and found it unusual to be at such a 'hands off' hotel.

A nicely sized, well equipped apartment with a balcony. Decor and feel of the place is good and it's comfortable. Has good TV with Netflix available, fridge, cooker. On the main shopping street so very well located. Parking is on a meter so better to unpack and park elsewhere. When not in a global pandemic there is a convenient restaurant downstairs in the entrance. Really easy check-in/out.

Terrific location. Nicely designed room. Has all the items you'll need . Only let down was soap shampoo & conditioner dispensers block or empty an unable to remove them from dispenser or reach anyone to resolve.

It's not so clean and no response from hotel management when I called them

The studio was perfect for a couple. We stayed for 4 nights. Very clean, comfy and stylish. The studio's are situated right in the heart of Reykjavic, the main high street with fabulous shops, restaurants and close to the sea front.

Great location and all the amneties needed. But the apartnent and communal areas were in great need of a deep clean and freshening up. Also better and or extra pillows wouls make a real difference

On one hand, this place is very well located regarding the touristic attractions and downtown restaurants. On the other hand, it is located on the second floor of a bar, so when the costumers come out to smoke they can be loud. If you don't mind that, the perfect is quite nice. Comfortable and functional!

We actually stayed in two different rooms due to a cancelled tour. Rooms are different. We really enjoyed the balcony in the first one. Kitchenette was great. This is a must in Iceland due to high prices. Very roomy. No front desk but with anything I needed just called the front desk. Location was also good and attached to a bar. I would recommend
