The property was amazing! When I booked it said complimentary continental breakfast. As an American, I assumed donuts and coffee in the office. Every morning they sent a private chef to our villa to cook our breakfasts. The food was fresh and wonderful. Fresh squeeze juices. Just amazing. And the chef was so nice, it made our trip. The beach and sunrises were beautiful. 2 minute walk to a nice ocean front restaurant. Very quiet and clean.

When booking it said a free airport shutter. We made arrangements but When we arrived no one picked us up and we had to get a cab. Never really understood what happened but there was a miscommunication of the staff. Then going home we went to book the shuttle to the airport and they said the vehicle was under maintenance. So I am not even sure if they have a shuttle so I would prepare for alternate transportation and it is an hour drive from the airport. Everything else was so wonderful, we decided to over look this as cabs were very affordable.

"Would not stay again. Very old and dated villa."

We were really disappointed from the moment we arrived. The villa we thought we had booked with ocean views was in fact not the villa we had booked. Our villa was at the back with no view and very old and dated. It felt damp and unclean with lots of mosquitos. It was also hot in the main living area as it was fully open with no air con.

Having beach access and views right at your backdoor step is top tier. The buffet breakfast restaurant next door was wonderful and a close walk to Hotel Komune was perfect. The villa was so spacious and the lovely garden views from the pool just set the beautiful Balinese scene.

"Terrible experience ā€“ Do not book!"

The property looked nothing like the pictures and was completely unacceptable. The kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobes were filthy. The mattress was torn, and the bedding was dirty. Worse, the property posed severe health and safety risks: the walls were covered in mold with a strong mold odor (unacceptable and dangerous for asthma sufferers), and the front door was broken with a 10 cm gap, making it impossible to lock. We refused to stay and left immediately. Absolute nightmare, completely misleading.
