Absolutely recommend , especially the waiters and the animation team. GIGI from the animation team has amazing energy and I don’t know how she does it all! Well done to her. Will be visiting here again for sure

Me 2nd visit here and without a doubt will be returning . Great staff as always , super helpful and nice . Room was as described and cleaned daily . Food options are many choices and change daily . Entertainment crew “ zizou”offer many activities for all ages . Would definitely be returning 🤩

All staff we're very rude. We had 3 different rooms due to cleanliness, they were dirty and with had a smell of urine, the TVs didn't work, the bath was filthy (whole bathroom), glasses were all filthy, wardrobe smelt mouldy and was dirty and the whole room was just dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time and had old stains from previous guests. No safe and no lock on patio doors, as well as air con unit leaking. The restaurant wasnt much better, no cutlery or napkins. The tablecloths were wet, and I asked the waiter for cutlery and napkins,  he looked at me as if I was putting him out.  He came back and slammed the cutlery down and threw the napkins on the table, which were dirty along with the tablecloth. One day relaxing on sunloungers and the entertainment guys were playing with a football, the ball, we hit my husband in the face, they didn't move and it then hit me. The pool was filthy too with broken tiles, black mould around the edges.

First of all, the hotel reception was lovely, the room was nice, the housekeeping was good, the sea and pool were nice, the food was average but good, the evening entertainment was nice, and the children's entertainment was good. Thank you. Zizou Ali is on vacation, so come sit with us and talk to us.

Its a great hitel with a great rooms and a perfect service and the food its so good, the animation too perfect and the view of the rooms with poole and beach its great

Absolutely fabulous time at el ksar! We came in November so some things were closed for the season. But the quiet was nice, not lots of people. We came with 4 kids, all the staff were so kind and friendly with us and the kids. Especially the animation team! Absolutely loved the food too, so much selection and something different every day. The rooms were clean and nice and cleaned regularly. I was skeptical because of some of the bad reviews. Absolutely not true. It is a really lovely place. And the beach is beautiful. You can arrange activities such a camel riding, quad biking, and a ride on a ship. We also went on jetskis and a banana boat. All available on the beach. A magical experience for the while family.

Great atmosphere, out of season so not many people, but all the team at hotel were amazing! Animation team were fantastic, very welcoming, great vibes! My children absolutely loved their time here. Thankyou to everyone who made our experience magical, will definetly recommend! Beach was gorgeous and on the doorstep of hotel. Evenings were made fun and exciting by the amazing animation team who work tirelessly to ensure we all had fun, which we did. We will for sure be here again! Hopefully real soon
