This is one of the best hotels in sousse, the staff ars very frindly thier enrgie and thier vibe is very cool, the food is very flavorful and menu is very variable (from the traditinal cousin to the intetnatinal cousine) ,the rooms are very confterbal and the view and breath taking.

Coming to this hotel with my family, just because a friend recommended it, turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The hotel’s accommodations were perfect , clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room, the food, and the whole hotel environment, including the pool area, were simply great ! no complaints at all. My favorite part, though, was the animation team! I had some of the best evenings there, both with my family and even alone. The animation group is energetic, friendly, and incredibly talented. I’d like to give a special mention to Gigi, who stood out with her dedication and enthusiasm. She made sure all the kids were engaged during family animation time , while dancing, singing, and having fun together. We even noticed her at the beach, inviting children to join in games and activities with such positive energy. My whole family agreed she truly deserves a big thumbs up for all her effort and passion! Overall, our experience at the hotel was excellent, and I highly recommend it for families looking for both relaxation and entertainment. Will definitely be coming back ! Chico 🤙

we spent week in this hotel as a family of 4. over all this is a nice hotel with amazing staff that really made the experience better and the animation team was just so enthusiastic. the rooms were decent with our room having a balcony which overviewed 1 of the swimming pools and the slides that were not working which was unfortunate. the location of this hotel in perfect with a private beach which had a bar, security and a lifeguard there at all times of the day. the beach was very clean and was provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. our balcony was facing another hotel so there was loud music in the evenings but when shutting the balcony it was not an issue. overall the lunch and dinners were good with many choices but the breakfast did slack slighting as there wasn't that many options e.g "English breakfast" as there was no bacon or beans. in general that was a nice hotel with clean pools and amazing staff but we had all inclusive but you still had to pay for the more advanced cocktails. and the hotel could be cleaner and taken care off a bit more but it wasn't that big of an issue. we were with kids and this was the first time we have been to a hotel with no ice-cream and slushies and fruit for the kids especially as it was very hot when we were there. the snack bar was quite poor with there only being pancakes. if the facilities are closed there should be information about this because we specifically chose this hotel due to the slides and once we arrived we were told that they were shut - if we knew this we would have chosen differently !IMPORTANT! - if a man called Alibaba from tours and trips approaches you we DO NOT recommend booking with him as we booked a camel trip in the camel safari as he stated and ended up walking through houses and building sights - and we payed a lot of money for this and we got scammed incredibly ( GIGI and STEFAN were such amazing animators we highly enjoyed spending time with them , Gigi for the smaller kids and Stefan for older kids and adults. in general hotel team including the life guards and bar staff always having a smile on their faces.

Partiamo dal fatto che qui Booking ha le sue responsabilità. Se in fase di prenotazione filtro palestra è perché mi aspetto una palestra come da foto pubblicate, peccato che sia chiusa e inagibile!!!! Camere obsolete e sporche. Bagno lercio. Per di più mi mettono al secondo piano camera 1230 dove sul torto sono riposti i climatizzatori...tutta la notte sembrava di essere in aereo. Spiaggia bella ma lettini orribili. Mi dispiace screditare il lavoro altrui, tutti i ragazzi si impegnano e sono gentili ma la struttura è da una stella in Italia

This was our second visit this year, love the staff and the location. Everyone from the second you arrive to the second you leave go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your holiday. The waiters and life guards are excellent, entertainment team work hard but don't bother you if you want to relax. The hotels location right on the beach is amazing and watching the sunrise every morning is something special. Our room was amazing with beautiful sea views, the guy at reception really looked after us. Food could be better and maybe ice cream available for the kids but as a family we would give 5 stars and will definitely be back in 2026.

When I checked the reviews for this hotel they were very mixed, and because the good reviews were so good, I thought the bad reviews were people who were very fussy. They are not. The bad reviews are the more accurate depiction of this hotel. I am wondering if the people who put the good reviews were actually in the same hotel as I was? This is not a 4 star hotel although I paid 4 star prices. I would struggle to give it 2 stars. This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are so many bad things about this hotel, I don't know where to start. The staff are miserable and don't seem to be very knowledgeable about how the hotel runs. They couldn't give me meal times or where I could find the nearest cashpoint. I'd been travelling for hours and was so tired and hungry and when I finally got my room, I just sat on the bed and cried. The first impression was the dirt, broken furniture, a shower curtain that was hanging off the rail and towels that looked like they had just been used. After the maid had come in and made my bed, I immediately thought there was a body in it, it was such a shoddy job. I think that because I was on my own they could fob me off with the worst room in the hotel. Believe me they couldn't and after numerous complaints and constant badgering the reception for a new room, I finally got one which was better, apart from the pubic hair by my bathroom sink (not mine!) that was there for 2 days and the muck under the fridge which I found when I pushed the fridge back in order to shut the cupboard door which wouldn't close. The rooms are generally maintained to a very low standard of hygiene and very dated. In my first room there was a black hair by my bathroom sink which was there for the couple of days I was in there (again, not mine!). The hotel was packed to the brim and there just aren't enough staff to cover the needs of the customers. The buffet room was awful and the furniture was again dirty and in desperate need of repainting and reupholstering. Queues of people trying to get food and the dining room looked like a child's birthday party. There was food everywhere. The mess was the fault of the guests, but the hotel should have been quicker to clean up the floors and tops and I found it quite stomach churning, but again, I don't think there were enough staff to cater for the amount of guests. Never any cutlery on the tables and you had to fend for yourself and get your own cutlery. I went for coffee at 7.00 am and found that the tables were still covered with the dirty table cloths from the dinner the night before. I actually ate grapes in my room for 3 nights because I couldn't face the chaos at dinner. The food was ok, but I found myself being very careful about what I ate, as several times I saw people just sticking their hands in the dishes of food and there were very few signs up telling you what the dishes actually were. Guests were putting their towels on beach beds around the pool area and the beach at either 5 am or the night before!! The beach bar was again dirty and very basic and the pool area was rammed and the music extremely loud. The beach however is lovely, albeit extremely busy, and the water is very clean and lovely to swim in. Also in my opinion and as a solo traveller, this hotel can be quite intimidating as it is full of eastern Europeans who seem to travel in large groups. The English people at this hotel I could probably count on one hand. I feel like I have to add the photos I took just to prove my point and that I am not making this up Please don't stay here. I've been to Tunisia couple of times before and have stayed in good hotels, but this has definitely put me off going to Tunisia again. On a point unrelated to the hotel, it seems you can't take any Tunisian currency out of Tunisia. I wasn't aware of this, but they confiscated my left over currency before I got air side at the airport and gave me a credit note for it.

Me and my husband went to el ksar hotel in September for 2 weeks and we absolutly loved it !!!!!! The food was amazing, the staff was behond kind,and friendly . The entertainment team where amazing although some where better than others .the only thing we didnt like was booking trips to go out . We originally booked with ali baba a camel ride but due to my disability I had to cancel , he was extremely rude, and unsympathetic about it all and took him 4 days to return the majority of the money back . He does not care about people he just care for money and that's it and even when booking a trip with him people said to us that he didn't speak to people after and unfortunatly we had the same issues. We had the please to book a photo shoot with the photographer, but due to bad weather we coudnt get the sunrise photos we payed for so the photographer was absolutely amazing and went out his ways payed a taxi for us to go to a different hotel so we could have sunset photos and all the photos where absolutly AMAZING !!!!!! This has being an amazing experience the room was slightly dated but we where more than happy with it . The first cleaner that we had was a legend and absolutly amazing how ever when she did had the day off the second cleaner was not as good . Buffey food was nice and there was a variety of food to choose from for adults and kids as well . Coldest beer to drink was at the beach bar only, at the other bars it was a bit warm . Best entertainment team for us was styfan ziko and the dj Thank you so much to all the staff bar men , waiters, staff that worked at the pool, and the cleaner you are all wonderfully and kind people!!!! And thank you to the amazing photographer that create this photos shoot for us and made them look absolutely AMAZING this was the second time visiting tunisia but in a different hotel , and tunisia YOU DID NOT DISAPPPOINT US ONE BIT . Lovely hotel,food is great english food and food from around the world the first day we got there we had our suitcases stored safely while we waited to get our keys,we payed 300 dinar for 3 excursions,boat trip(you don’t always get to see the dolphins but overall a great experience),quads was brilliant and camels was amazing.we also had a horse ride in the sunset we got to take our own pictures on the beach best time ever!! Family friendly,our room was exceptional a big shout out to the cleaners who came in every day gave us water,fresh towels and a nice clean room and bedsheets The pools,it has one big deep pool and on the other side a kids pool very big as well,slides with pool.. slides are not always on in the colder times(check with hotel) but our holiday was just as good without them. Beach view,beach is so warm clear water and soft sand and chairs to sunbathe on. The pools close at 6pm good time to go up and get ready for dinner is 5:30 when the sun goes down. We came in October and was still very hot we got great tans and was never cold. The snack bar was good too!! Sometimes they will limit you on drinks they will send you to another bar but other than that it only happened for a day.. The waiters are such nice people one tall gentlemen who always made sure the tables were cleaned and refilled our drinks every time!! They start to shut lunch down at 2:30 so make sure you make it.. There is also a shop in the hotel has everything you need for very cheap Receptionists are very lovely and made us feel very welcome You can also get drinks from the pool side bar,very nice over there!! Cola,Fanta,beer,juice everything I do recommend booking Now the best till last the entertainment team. Without the entertainment team I would have had a boring stay.. the dances start in the morning and throughout the day the do two dances each time.syfan is probably the best person to copy.hes so sweet and he will never see you and not say hello,and is great at the aqua gym .honestly made the holiday fun. Momo has a good character and made are nights a laugh,one of us would always end up being dunked in the pool.aladeen is such a nice person we played volleyball with him very fun. I’m not very sure on the spelling of the two girls but I’ll have a go (araine+gigi)I’m sure you’ll meet them,they always used to involve me in the dances and take care of the kids and lead the kids dances in the kids disco!!Zico is a funny person and enjoyed him there. zizou is a brilliant dancer and you might catch him being Michael Jackson on the stage!! They are all such lovely people and I do recommend going to the entertainments so full of laughter. Volleyball and other games are there too.. kids club is also good I see the younger ones having fun and coming back with smiles on their faces. I will definitely be coming back here in December and I think everyone should give it a go I would definitely go again Tunisia is such a lovely place to make memories and I’m so glad that was the hotel for our first time in Tunisia definitely going to try jet skis next time!!!
