> I would like to thank El Ksar Resort & Thalasso Sousse for the overall quality of the hotel, especially in terms of location, cleanliness, and service standards. I visited in November as a couple, and many staff members were professional, helpful, and respectful in their attitude toward guests. However, regarding the animation team, the activities were very limited during this period and not at the expected level compared to the summer season. I would also like to mention a staff member named Zizo: pressuring guests to write positive reviews is not a professional practice. Constructive feedback is essential for improving service quality. I hope these remarks will be taken into consideration and that the current issues will be addressed

It was a wonderful experience. I liked the hotel; it's the best hotel in Tunisia. The reception was lovely, the pool was beautiful, and the gym was good with the trainer Aziz and the musicians were good.

Arrived at airport in Tunisia only to find out that hotel was 150km away so was looking at hour/half trip on bus which meant arrived at hotel 1130pm . Booking in reception was hit with tourists tax £20 wasn't a problem as knew about it.Hotel was quite run down worn out carpets and tired decor .Room was clean air con was poor . Bathroom was very old and needed a revamp.common areas inc bar & restaurant was ok . food was ok 👍 something different everyday as well as the usual .Beer was in small glass which meant for me two at a time .Waiters and cleaners were excellent 👌 friendly and extremely helpful.Heads up if you want to visit the town & market.Hotel security will get you a taxi but it's a con as driver is known to them friend or family .He will take you to town but you end up at a big shop run by friends or family and he insists that it's good 👍 as market conveniently is closed that day .BIG CON .so be aware !!!!! Also fare from hotel to town should be 10 Tunisia Dina but they will try to charge you 15/20 or even £10 which is far more expensive 🫰 than the locals pay . Market was as you would expect everyone selling same stuff fake sports wear etc etc and you get harassed at every stall . Ruining the experience.walking in town people will approach you being very friendly saying hello remember me I'm from hotel on there day off and they will try to guide you to a jewelry shop.Be Strong and firm and let them know not interested otherwise they will drive you nuts . Everywhere in sousse is run down and typical of a third world country.i went purely for the winter sunshine and normally wouldn't bother with town as only went for a week .But wished I didn't bother and stayed in resort.wont.be going back as not impressed with the place visited.im sure other towns might be better but gut feeling is probably all the same.Hope this helps by just making you aware of the scams etc etc ...

This hotel is shabby and we were lucky to find a plate in the restaurant. The food wasn’t allergy marked . The staff were mostly okay and the location is lovely. Kids entertainment team were good.

First family holiday and have to say it'll be a hard one too beat, out of season so not many hotel attractions where available but in know way made this trip any less than exceptional thanks to gigi the animation team, gamel riding and pirate boat party where great and cheap. (Everything offered costs money during excursions generally 10dinar) Hotel was amazing the front desk upgraded us to a better room when they realised there was 5 of us and then offered to move us when a leak happened outside the room, the waiting staff (the tall chap and friend) was amazing and made memories the children will always remember, security looked after us on the beach and made sure we wasn't bothered by local hagglers Will be back again in the near future. Thank you to the front desk, animation team, waiters and chefs, security.

Seeing her happy made the trip even more special for me. The waiters were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. The cooks did an OUTSTANDING job — the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented every single day. You can feel the love and effort they put into everything they serve.
