Clean, comfortable, quiet. Short drive to Hexham and Hadrians Wall. Nice cooked breakfast, friendly host. Dog friendly. Plenty of places to park in street outside.

Wonderful location in the peaceful village of Acomb. A couple of short walks on public footpaths can be taken from the accommodation. Great that our dog could stay too. No parking but plenty of on street parking right outside. Slept very well in fresh white bed linen. Comfortable bed.

The interior felt dated and unloved for such a great property in such a pretty location. Our room (5) had the sole use of a bathroom across the corridor. We prefer an ensuite. Mis matched furniture and furnishings in the bedroom with lots of ornaments and pictures on the wall. Furniture and ornaments dusty. A variety of breakfast options but basic.

The place was lovely totally exceeded my expectations room was fantastic and loads of coffee and biscuits, breakfast was fantastic really well cooked and tasted fantastic really at me up for the day. Highly recommend.
