The food and excellent, service was quick and efficient. Camilo Laguna did a great job taking care of us and we really enjoyed our breakfast!

When the air conditioning unit and the elevator aren’t working properly this is a huge problem. There is an URGENT NEED for this hotel to go under renovations and that’s on the people that own the hotel. If this hotel is named Waldorf Astoria and this happen, well they should be named something else. The breakfast was the best undoubtedly and the breakfast team was the best on the hotel, from our server Nicolas Rojas, Katherine (the omelette master), the lady providing the juices, the lady welcoming people for the breakfast. All these people rock!! The food in all restaurants was very good. The Matiz for dinner was great, The Peacock by the pool was great. I should say that there’s some miscommunication between the day and the night staff and I think Diana at the front desk made a huge difference for us, she went above and beyond to help us. The housekeeping team was amazing and were so friendly and supportive with our special needs child and whenever we had a problem, like when the elevator broke down. I would give the service a 4.5/5 just because some miscommunications but overall most of them were great. Though I feel the night staff needs training to know how to resolve issues. The food, specially the breakfast was a 5/5. The facilities were a 2/5. Would I’ll be back in a hotel that has issues with the elevator and air conditioning? Nop, specially with a child.

We had a fantastic stay at the Waldorf, the only problem was we only had 1 night. Jairo at the front desk was so kind and gave us all the information we needed. I unfortunately cannot remember the bell hops name bet he immediately assisted with our luggage and was so attentive getting us a welcome drink (please note who was working around 6pm on 4/17). Karla at breakfast was so welcoming. Camilo immediately offered to get us any type of coffee you could imagine, Manuela made us an incredible waffle. Camilo and Nicholas were very attentive. Overall just a fantastic stay and we’re looking forward to staying here again.

The pool is great and also the breakfast terrasse has a awesome view
