Everything was excellent...staff very helpful....we were here for a wedding and the reception was also held here...food and service were top class

The evening meal we had was very good, accommodation was fine, staff helpful.

Checking in at the bar when a lot of pub customers wanted serving wasn't good.

Lovely hotel with a pub and great food. Free parking was available and it was very central to the town. Cosy room with everything that could be needed and plenty of good quality tea and coffee, with biscuits. Our dog was welcome and there was no extra charge.

Nothing to not like, but as an advisory note... Parking was limited and on a first come, first served basis, but there are carparks nearby.

The food quality is excellent and the bedrooms are decorated very well! The staff are lovely and the location is great.

On second day no one was around at breakfast time so I didn’t get a breakfast! Although the vegetarian breakfast was the best I have ever had!

A warm welcome and the fact we could bring our dog. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We booked dinner and breakfast which were both well cooked.

A water bowl and some treats for our dog in the room would have been a nice touch. Also a shelf in the bathroom to put our toiletries. The shower was good but as it is raised a way off the ground, a handle to hold onto when stepping down would help.
