"Enjoyable stay."

Our evening meal for three people was good. The shower worked well and the toiletries were good quality. I enjoyed the draught beer in the bar. The hotel is a short walk from the market square and both rooms were quiet.

Breakfast was disappointing. The double bedroom was painted in rather a dark colour and would be improved with a king size bed instead of a double and a painting or photo on the wall and some coving on the ceiling. The shower tray was too high up and had no anti slip mat.

"Simple but comfortable stay"

Central location, friendly staff, dog friendly rooms

We stayed on a hot day and only had a tiny fan. Wouldn’t be a problem for most of the year. Small room.

Breakfast could have had more continental items eg yoghurt fruit salad, dried fruit , decent muesli, croisssants

"Perfect place to stay to explore Richmond and surrounding"

Lovely friendly staff who were very accommodating. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely fab. Breakfast was lovely with a nice seating area. (All very dog friendly which was perfect) Easy to find with sat nav and parked in the allocated parking at the back.
