Proximity to my location. Cleanliness was great!

The first night it was a bit hot and we didn’t have air conditioning units so it was uncomfortable sleeping since there is no ceiling fan

It was comfortable and very conveniently located. It was clean and quiet. The room was warm, and unclear how to cool it, but everything worked and was clean.
