Benikea Calton Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin

Very nice place. The staff on the day shift speak some english , but not so much on the off shifts. This being said I was able to communicate what I needed. They will go out of their way to help with want ever you need.

An overnight stay for 2 days travel. Was adequate. The initial room offered was microscopic as was the bed (4 foot for 2 people). When we protested, we were offered another. Very expensive for what it was. Breakfast adequate. Probably try my luck at another place next time.

Overall the hotel was reasonable considering the price. I would take note that the bed might be a bit short for individuals who are over 180cm.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

This is a decent business hotel not far from Hakata station. It is in a convenient location, has friendly staff, and overall in decent shape. I did not eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. But, otherwise this was an overall good stay and would stay again if the price was right. Don't expect at 5 star resort, but for the casual traveler, this hotel is more than sufficient.

I had a great stay at Benikea hotel, the room was clean, the staffs were super nice and the location is very good. the only 2 things are, there are fridge in the room but it's out of order apart from that the room i booked had full of smoke (I booked non-smoking room)

The room was as advertised and it was convenient enough for a one night stay in Fukuoka. Laundry facilities and wireless internet was available with no problems. I'd stay there again.
