Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful common areas in good condition excellent bar and restaurant food to high standard.Room was a little on the tired side but didn’t impact on our stay. Hotel ingood location just up from millenium park which is great for kids and shops and restaurants a short walk.

Hotel is fine but dated, beds quite uncomfortable and extremely hot in the room and window only opens slightly which made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable but overall the hotel is clean but in need of upgrading
