Dated hotel, small single room which was difficult to find (through an emergency exit door without a room sign), uncomfortable bed. Good location. Very helpful staff.

"Little Gem"

We’ve just returned from 5 nights at Monterey Hotel & highly recommend it Though the rooms are a little tired they’re very clean and spacious. We stayed on b&b basis but also ate in the bar 3 nights and found all the food to be excellent and the staff very attentive. The hotel is a 15-20 minutes stroll in to town where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. I thoroughly recommend the full day island tour if like us you’re new to Jersey . The only one problem we encountered with our stay was that there’s only one plug point in the room so I’d like us you need to charge multiple electricals I’d take a multi-plug.

"Get what you pay for"

The hotel was very dated needed a complete decor update and was about a 20 min walk to the town . Personally wouldn't stop there again

"Lovely Fiendly 3 star Hotel."

Hotel is probably the best 3 star Hotel in Jersey. Friendly and helpful staff,nice restaurant and Bar comfy bed,lighting could be better in room,s. Internet is not the best. Victor the bar man serves you with a smile.
