I have stayed there for 10 days,,, Nice stay and i loke the location as it is in the pleasant place but not far from the main attractions. they drop you near mall road with their car for free. DO NOT ORDER FOOD THERE. first day non-veg lunch was awful. Book super deluxe suit. I booked it and it was best room in hotel and i was very impressed. 24x7 hot water and bathroom was better then my expectations. TIP:- always take aways food from sher-e-punjab on mall road near woodland showroom. It's cheaper and best food (If you are meat lover like me). Highly recommend

"good service"

We arrived early and hotel offered us a room for resting first and noon we moved to a very nice room. There was electronic blanket provide which very nice coz the weather quite cold. The location is ok can walk to the mall road.

"Good hotel"

I stayed here for a day and overall a good stay. Normal hotel, clean and tidy. The only thing which disappointed me is the room service, which is bit slow.

From 28th.Feb.to 2nd.March -2014 visited with my friends,on liking the location,cleanliness, food quality and the tariff, i repeated my visit with my spouse along with another couple from 31st.March to 2nd.April -2014, our check-in was fast, staff was helpful and always smiling and the other couple Mr.Amarlal Arora from Sahranpur (UP) was upgraded from Deluxe to Penthouse Room for night on FOC basis, small 2* property with 15 Rooms and walk-able distance to Mall Road.

"Fantastic Service, Good Rooms & Great Service"

The hotel is located at a convenient position to reach from Simla station, the staff is very courteous, the rooms are very well maintained and clean, the amenities are comparable with a 3-star hotel. The food was also very good. Only the room was a bit too small as compared to what a Deluxe Room should be in size. Overall it was a very good experience.
