Upon arrival at the hotel, check in was closed and no one was there. Had to book a hostel instead. Next day went back and was told check in was at the travel agency location on the boardwalk, how was i supposed to know that, asked for a refund and was told to contact expedia

No frills but clean, well taken care of no nonsense room in prime location on the island. Close to pier, all bars and both sides of the water. I didn’t personally have a problem with noise. If you’re traveling by yourself or w a significant other and want to balance comfort and price, this is the best. All you need. Bed, a/c, hot water (small balcony even). I extended my stay and would come back. Don’t expect a luxurious resort or anything though. This is a guest house w the basics.

Upon checking in I was escorted away from the desk down the Main Street to a random door, upstairs were rooms above shops, which was fine, no complaints there.. however when I needed to check out to get the ferry at 9am, I chose to attempt to check out at 8. No sign of anyone, 8:15 a man appears to mop so I asked him what’s happening... he said she’s sleeping. After 10 minutes he comes back and says she’s in the shower... after another 15 minutes, still no sign. Eventually he takes the key and receipt from me and appears with my key bond back. I don’t know why he didn’t do this in the first place... so, if u need to check out earlier, maybe double check the day before that someone may be there.

You get what you pay for. Nothing special, room was a little dirty. Host at the front was very kind & helpful. Super convenient location, right at the heart of Ton Sai Bay & pier that takes you to Phuket & Krabi.

We are decided to stay on phi phi in last moment, so we just need place to sleep in one night. Although this is not cheapest hotel in this area it looks very cheap, no shampoo in a room, very noisy at night.

if You like stains on Your bedclothes... snots on the walls in the toilet and in your bedroom as the first thing that You see opening Your eyes in the morning, then it might be for You, other way keep away!!

It's was ok but too over price for the room. In the picture that I booked they have a windows but turn out that they don't and it's different building from the picture.

The place was a bit hard to find- the location shown on Hotels.com when booking was different to the actual location shown on google maps when we arrived on Phi Phi island. We ended up having to ask locals for help. The room was clean, aircon worked well, shower had warm water however the bathroom had a funny smell and the whole room felt a little damp. The location is prime if your into nightlife and the beach, however there will be slight noise.

Run by a family. Small hotel but very nice. A bit expensive but expectable for koh phi phi. Wifi worked very good. Fridge was a plus.

If you're a looking for a loca experience, you have to go to Racha's guesthouse! We've enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcome by his owner! Thank you again! We strongly recommend it!
